Stunning view and best location

Stunning location and large, beautiful garden. Just a short walk down to the nicest beaches you can imagine. Large appartment with fantastic view.

It is a little worn down, with some limitations on power supply etc. You have to be told to switch from hot water tank to dishwasher for this reason.

Great vacation with a few things to improve

The location is great, next to la pelosa with amazing views and nice garden. Private parking space, kind and helpful staff.

The bed was too hard for me, and the sofa in the livingrom was a bit rundown and uncomfortable. There were no cleaning supplies like soap, dishwashing gel, sponge, paper towel. If there are facilities minimal supplies for them would be great. Wifi was unreachable from our apartment.

Going to La Pelosa beach is like booking tickets to Glastonbury Festival and is not relaxing. If the hotel could get some pre-allocated slots for its customers to use the beach that would be very helpful.

The lovely view and location made up - just about - for a disappointing stay.

Everything outdoors is wonderful just don't expect comfort or luxury indoors. Fabulous location, beautiful grounds.

I'm not particularly fussy but the price was very high and we were not even given one extra roll of toilet paper or even one dishwasher tablet or any washing up liquid. The basement had a bad smell. Poor selection of glassware - no glasses for water only for wine. Very awkward arrangement of furniture in the living room made it difficult to access the cupboards with the plates and cups. Decor very dated. Uncomfortable sofas which were actually folding beds with a throw over them. Pictures on here are misleading. Limited reception hours. We arrived in the early afternoon and had to wait until reception opened. V few restaurants within walking distance, we needed to drive most evenings. The receptionist gave me 4 pages full of rules but no info on needing a ticket for the beach! When I complained about these issues I got an email back with what I call a PFO, please {@#} off! It was the most insulting reply I've had.

The stuff was very kind and helpful. The garden is beautiful.

The 40 years old furnishing. Not good wifi- connection. I get the last house from the beach, so i didn't get a great view of the sea. Everything was dirty and old in the room. It was too expensive for this bad quality! And the hotel guests has no free access to the beach.

A beautiful place, but...

The location is extraordinary and the grounds are extremely well kept. The surroundings of the house are quiet and pleasant. It is quite a restful place, just on top of one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. All comments on this property are true - and should be read carefully - except for 2: the beds are good and the wifi works.

We have arrived at 2 PM whereas the registration time is very late at 4 PM, so I asked the host how to access the property. I was answered I could WAIT IN THE PARKING LOT! This is not out of character with the rest of Stintino's population that considers guests cumbersome and annoying: I was screamed at for not specifying clearly enough which drink I wanted in a bar; scolded for NOT RESERVING BREAD in a shop that boasted selling typical Sardinian products in 3 languages and left two restaurants that did not serve me after half an hour's wait.

Very spacious inside, enormous and gorgeous lawn, with the sea just in front. Peaceful and quiet, really great mornings on that lawn. All new appliances.

Amazing location, very convenient for visiting La Pelosa beach and with stunning views. Very peaceful, set in beautiful lush gardens. The accommodation itself was very spacious, comfortable, and with a very pleasant outdoor space which we really enjoyed. Friendly and kind staff who were responsive.

Having some basics would have been helpful, such as soap, toilet paper, washing up liquid.

Amazing location

Superb location; great views from the terrace. The staff was friendly; parking is great since you have a privat parking space; probably very useful in high season. The beach is near and easily accessible through a nice path.

The pillows/ beds could be better; might cause some problems to more sensitive people. But it’s a minor issue.

Niby ok, ale nie wróciłabym

Świetna lokalizacja, zadbany ogród na terenie obiektu, piękny widok z okna, ale...

Łóżko oraz kanapy w salonie były bardzo niewygodne. Najgorszym minusem jest brak podstawowych środków czystości w pokoju... na 10 dni pobytu w łazience mieliśmy tylko 1 rolkę papieru, 2 malutkie próbki żelu pod prysznic, żadnego płynu ani gąbki do mycia naczyń, a o tabletkach do zmywarki można zapomnieć.. Musieliśmy kupić własne worki na śmieci. Kawy i herbaty również oczywiście nie było. Przy check out sami musieliśmy odnieść ręczniki i pościel, a w połowie pobytu sami wymienić na czyste. Przez to wszystko nie do końca poczułam się jak na wakacjach, zwłaszcza że cena za pobyt nie była najniższa.

Cudownie udany.

Piękne otoczenie wokół obiektu. Bliska odległość od plaży La Pelosa. Apartament miał wszystkie sprzęty do komfortowego wypoczynku. Miejsce parkingowe było przypisane do apartamentu. Wspaniały widok z okna na plażę i zatokę, cudowne wschody słońca.

Może to nie uwaga, ale propozycja dla obiektu i informacja dla innych. Ja nie doczytałem, że wejście na plażę trzeba wcześniej rezerwować, bo jest ograniczona ilość miejsc. W sezonie, z dnia na dzień, na stronie rezerwacyjne plaży nie było szans na zdobycie wejściówki w cenie 3.50 EUR/osobę. Wejście na plażę jest kontrolowane i weryfikowane w ciągu dnia. Jedyna możliwość skorzystania z plaży w godzinach 8.00-18.00 to wykupienia parasola i 2 leżaków za kwotę 47 EUR. I nie wiem, czy we wszystkie dni (w weekend zdecydowanie większa ilość odwiedzających). Sam obiekt jest w bezpośredniej odległości od plaży, oddzielony tylko jednokierunkową ulicą. Może obiekt taką rezerwację plaży (co trzeba zrobić z wyprzedzeniem) mógłby jako usługę rezerwacji wejścia oferować, albo proszę pomyśleć o wcześniejszej rezerwacji wejścia na plażę. To nie uwaga, raczej sugestia.

Det er skam å kalle det VIP . Inge ting med VIP å gjøre. Villa er ekkel 🤢 og gammel . Slitsomt med alt . Betaler masse penger og får rett og slett bare utsikten - som var nydelig. Terrassen 2 ødelagte solsengen - sprekk i midten. Selveste villa - grusomt . Du har 1 soverom oppe og 2 rom nede i kjelleren - stinker som kjeller ingen ville være der såvidt var oppe alle fire. Veldig dårlig med vinduer. Vi fikk 1 toalett papir oppe på do . Som gjalt for 4 personer for halv dag . Til opplysning vi kjøpte nyen fordi vi måtte og hadde 1 toalett papir til 5 dager. Damy e dere tenke dere hva de sette på ? 2 stk oppvask tabletter - vi bestemte oss å ikke spandere de med ekstra. Generelt ekkel gammel inne i villa - trenger stor oppussing og skifting av møbler. Ute nydelig utsikt. Det skjer absolutt ikke noe i område og restauranter er steng mellom 15 og 19:30 i høy sesong med masse turister ;). Du trenger bil . Skal ikke der igjen og anbefaler ikke - alt for dyrt for det lite vi får.
