Great stay close to La Pelosa beach

The room was small but had everything we needed. And was close to the beach. Beds were comfortable and had a nice balcony. Breakfast was great.

I didn’t like that I booked a triple room which is more expensive then a double room because we were three and then they try to charge me again for the third person claiming I didn’t mention it when booking. When I did. But regardless of mention or not the third person, I paid for a triple room which again is more expensive than a single room. Feels like they want to double dip. They tried to charge me additional for my 8 year old when checking out but then I said I had paid for a triple room and handed over three passports when checking in. I noticed This practice not only happened at this hotel but at others. You either charge per person or per room but you can’t have them both. That’s ripping off the public.

Great place to access Asinara

Very good rich breakfast. The pool which we did not expect at all was huge and the pool bar was a wonderful place to relax. This was our base camp for exploring Asinara and for that purpose it was ideal.

Close to La Pelosa, calm area. Nice pool good beach bar good cocktails. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant half board is perfect. Good quality and choice. You can use a shuttle to Pelosa. Plenty of parking places. I would highly recommend this place if you do not want to spend too much time in the room.

Room and balcony are both small. But this is something you know when booking. Basically no equipment in the room (glasses, spoon or a kettle).

Convenient hub for visiting Stintino

The location is fine, especially with the free shuttle they provide to the astonishingly beautiful yet busy La Pelosa beach. Nice pool area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Got free beach covers and umbrella for the beach, and also cheap beach bracelets -- which is apparently something one needs to have an advance reservation for (which I'm sure most tourist will not know).

Dinner was not great by Sardinian standards. The rooms are okay, but certainly on the smaller side and AC was barely able to keep up with the heatwave (uneven temperature within the small room). Beds were hard as rock!

The personnel was amazing; always super friendly and service minded - tried to help in any way they could. Very nice pool and nice breakfast. Private shuttle car from hotel to La Pelose beach which drives you anytime you would like, back and forth. Many good quality restaurants in Stintino.

The rooms were very small. The shuttle car does not have seatbelts for all passengers.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and ease of access to La Pelosa beach.

Nice friendly hotel with decent sized swimming pool for short family stay. Decent breakfast and free shuttle bus to and from La Pelosa beach which was much appreciated.

Rooms are very small and poky. Also the buffet evening meal is overpriced at 85 euro for 2 adults and 1 small child. Better value to eat in a local restaurant in Stintino. Also the cleaning ladies get going at 8am, shouting and laughing and rattling the recycling bottles…don’t expect a lie in. No open bar in the evening time to have a drink either.

Great experience, nice people to meet and beautiful places to see... a lot of clean protected areas.

The personal from reception and even Manager did everything to make me feel well and have some interesting activities even in the rainy days although that was not in their responsibility or control. You could rely on good hints and lots of information for your vacation.

The location was not really the best but they compensate making available a shuttle that took you to the best and most beautiful beach in the area for free.

Good value for money

Great value for money. Great breakfast and staff are really nice and friendly. Private parking available. Room and bathroom were very clean. Nice pool area even though we did not use it since we were there in April. We were also given a free upgrade of the room which was really appreciated.

Television could be smart so at least there would be availability of Netflix app, although this seems something common in Italy.

Good

Pool was nice and well cared for. Rooms are a bit old however they are clean and the price reflects what you get. We had a patio that faced the oean and pool so was nice to sit and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. Some rooms are not as nicely situated and maybe would be disappointing. We did not eat dinner at the property but ate in the town at two lovely restaurants. The hotel supplied mats and umbrellas for the day at the beach which was very convenient. The reeption stafff were very pleasant and accomodating.

Amazing hospitality, beautiful facilities!

The property was so clean, the pool was wonderful, and it was perfectly located for both Stintino town and Pelosa beach, you can get buses for both right outside the hotel. The staff were so pleasant and friendly at all times. We had some trouble with buses (1. bring FFP2 masks 2. buy tickets ahead of time for ARST buses) but Bruno was so accommodating he organised a shuttle to bring us to the location of our next bus in Porto Torres!

litte corner of paradise

very nice location, the hotel is really nice, all the rooms have the door outside in the yard and you don’t have to pass through the reception to get to the rooms. big pool and restaurant. very nice and kind stuff. the rooms are very clean. there is a shuttle to La Pelosa, which is 5 minutes away from the hotel and is probably one of the most beautiful beaches in the world

too little salty things for breakfast. only 1/2 types of meat, one type of cheese, eggs and bacon. not much choice. no tomatoes or cucumbers or some other vegetables

Not a 3 star

Swimming pool, location, pool staff

Overpriced, breakfast not good standard, but worst of all, staff (Elizabetta) - have never been treated so badly in a Hotel. We arrived late in the hotel after a long trip (and delayed flight) - there was nobody at reception. After calling a number indicated at the door, Elizabetta came in the most rude way speaking loudly to us while we had our two small kids (2 and 4 year old) sleeping in the sofa outside hotel. Her lack of training (and empathy most of all) is not the level expected of a 3 star hotel. Very very bad…

The staff make it more beautiful

The staff were just AMAZING! They go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and comfortable! They did EVERYTHING to make sure our stay was incredible!! EVERY single one of them were so accommodating, kind, professional, polite and much more! From the receptionists, pool bar man, lifeguards, bus drivers, to the cleaners! all of them were just beautiful people! The pool was great! Location was brilliant!

The beds were little hard- it wasn’t a major problem though! On two mornings breakfast wasn’t sufficiently stocked! I think someone may have complained because every morning after there was loads! Bit more variety would have been nice but not essential.

lovely holiday at a nice hotel .

The property was clean and well planned , lovely pool the barman at the pool bar was really helpful (lovely coconut iced coffee )At meal times the waiter who did the hot drinks and evening meal drinks was also very attentive , as were all the staff who worked there . The food was fresh and enjoyable would defiantly recommend .

well maintained property, great pool, pool bar servce, convnient bus service to the beach, very helpfull staf (they go the extra mile e.g. they gave us a temp room when we wanted to do a late ch ckout) really recommend this place for family stay. complimenti!
