Pool& close to La Pelosa beach

Pool open hrs should be later than 7.00pm. The buffet was terrible. Especially considering the excellent food we have had throughout Italy. You need to lift your food standards considerably.

Bad value for money - overprice or overcharged...

Hotel sport facilities is great, seems good for families and kids...

Hotel - we traveled as a couple and had a room with a double bed in the room...after the reception saw this she could have also suggested a different room, nevertheless the hotel itself is okay but we paid 435 euro for 2 nights which is rediculas for the review we saw, so value for money was not worth it...on top when I recheck this pricing it was a drop to 200+euro which I think was not fair...the hotel then told me this is bookings chargers...felt really ripped off and the fact that the hotel did not respond to my msg was really bad. The beaches is really nice in the area but booking chairs and umbrella through the hotel would have costed us 60 euro per person...really question the cost. So our first 2 days was not a great experience in Sardinia due to the hotel set up and cost...really disappointing.

We had a good rest, but there is a lot to work on if they have any claims to a four-star hotel.

The location was perfect, staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the food was delicious.

The beach area was charged additional and the whole conception in this point was not very clear, there wasn’t any sports and entertainments during the evenings, no ATM in the hotel’s area, the hotel’s stars are not 4 definitely, the food was not varied enough, for example in 10 dinners there was never a single watermelon for dessert… we were there in July 2025….

Location super, very close to La Pelosa. A bit of a hike walking under the heat, but with a regular shuttle service to it.

Many services were pay for use, including the TV remote, the beach umbrellas, the beach towels, etc. Breakfast options were limited. Most of the entertainment was at the beach, making it a very limited service to enjoy.

Pleasant and comfortable

Very well located close to the la pelosa beach. The place was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. We had a shuttle that took us close to the beach. The buffet was also very good. The pool was great and they had good music and drinks

The AC was a bit loud, turned loud in the middle of the night. Also there is no real gym, just in case you are looking for it. But rest was all good.

Good potential but frustrating

Good room and facilities. Clean. Good parking.

Staff is not very accommodating. Breakfast is very basic. If you don't book the all inclusive, they make sure you feel like a third class guest. Eg: arriving at breakfast towards the end, with nearly all tables available, forcing us to sit in the worst table because they were all reserved... for lunch, in 3 hours; or in the informational panels when they offer what's available in the hotel to then tell you that it's only for the other guests when you try to book the activity. So I guess it's a 4-start hotel if you go all inclusive, but more of a 3-start if not.

You don’t have access to activities in hotel, also in booking when you do the reservation there’s not option to reserve it then when you arrive at hotel is complicated say to your children’s that they can’t enjoy for example a musical Show . And the access to the beach is 20€

Thanks to the helpful staff

It is an old resort, a little bit refurbished, but totally out of date. Otherwise, it is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful, although a few speak English. The breakfast is average. My family stayed one night and the staff was very generous to wait with the key at midnight, as the reception closes half an hour before.

It is out of date. We had the feeling of a time leap.

Friendly staff. Very nice pool. Good breakfasts (fresh croissants!).

We didn’t know that since 1st July there are reservations to the La Pelosa beach. It would be nice if hotel staff mentioned it to foreign guests.

Vacanza rilassante

Mi è piaciuto il ristorante, molto grazioso, dove ogni giorno venivano servite diverse pietanze per accontentare i diversi gusti degli ospiti. Piatti adatti per tutta la famiglia compresi i bambini. La pizza .... buonissima! Mi sono piaciuti gli spazi esterni e la piscina, pulita con zona idromassaggio e circondata da comodi lettini. Gentilissimi i ragazzi al bar e in sala da pranzo. Molto simpatici gli animatori che a teatro ci hanno fatto tanto ridere, soprattutto nelle serate di cabaret!

Sono rimasta delusa dalla spiaggia della struttura, e lo dico da sarda, forse perché arrivo dalla costa centro occidentale della Sardegna, dove sono abituata a spiagge incontaminate con sabbia bianca, che ricorda i chicchi di riso, unica nel suo genere, e di un mare cristallino che sorprende ogni visitatore. Spiagge libere dove non ci sono strutture balneari. Perciò essermi ritrovata a soggiornare in bellissimo villaggio, ma con una spiaggia con rocce e sabbia ghiaiosa in riva e polverosa nella zone ombrellone, non mi ha dato la sensazione di Sardegna da cartolina. Per ammirare un mare che merita bisogna spostarsi alla Pelosa, che dista pochissimo. La Pelosa è a numero chiuso e il villaggio ci ha fatto prenotare il biglietto giornaliero. Per chi vuole, dopo le 18.00 si può entrare gratis.

Beau club mais qui mérite des améliorations au prix excessif des chambres : - Chambre sans fenêtres et sans vu mitoyenneté importante - personnel surveillant de la piscine très désagréable, pas du standing de l établissement - petit déjeuner trop gras ! Cela mériterait une offre avec fruit frais, produit bio.. - dîner assez peu varié en choix mais bon - mettre en place un service de navette pour aller directement à la plage, car sinon c’est 15 minutes à pied et la route n’est pas agréable..

Las habitaciones son muy ruidosas y llenas de insectos. La lencería rota. Los amenities de pésima calidad. El desayuno repetitivo. Piscina sucia y sin duchas. El socorrista quería cobrarme por usar una sombrilla. El personal, salvo un persona del bar y recepción, no se esfuerzan nada por entender lo que necesitas. La persona que se encarga del transporte a la playa conduce con mucho descontrol, las dos veces que nos cruzamos con él tuvimos que apartarnos para que no nos golpeara.

Delusa...purtroppo!!!

La camera era accogliente e pulita. Vicinanza alla bellissima spiaggia della Pelosa.

Non mi è piaciuto sentirmi un cliente di serie B solo perché, per una questione di libertà di orario, ho chiesto pernottamento con prima colazione. Trovo ridicolo che non si poteva mangiare in alcuni luoghi del ristorante per questo motivo e che non si poteva prenotare all'ultimo perché non c'era il posto disponibile. Ritengo che un hotel a 4 stelle debba garantire il pranzo o la cena per qualsiasi cliente dell'hotel. La spiaggia con gli ombrelloni era troppo caro (50 euro tutto il giorno), considerato che il pezzo a loro destinato non rispecchiava minimamente quello che ci si può aspettare in Sardegna. La piscina dovrebbe essere pulita un po' più spesso. Sono arrivata che nel fondo era presente sabbia e sono andata via che era ancora lì. I materassi non erano molto comodi. Penso anche che dovrebbe esserci più personale, considerata la grandezza dell'hotel. Sono rimasta sostanzialmente delusa e non credo che ci tornerò.

Belle piscine, calme, propre

Checkout à 10h, impossible de profiter des équipements car même si il est indiqué 9h la piscine n'ouvre en réalité qu'à 10h. Pas de tête lit et la prise de courant dans la tête pour dormir c'est pas terrible. Petit déjeuner pas terrible, manque de fruits frais, produits industriels.
