AHMAZING property and staff! Fabio was an exceptional host — truly one of a kind. You honestly couldn’t ask for better. He was the most accommodating human being ever, with the sweetest demeanor and a smile that could light up the whole house. If I wasn’t already in love with this place, I think we both would’ve had a little crush 😆 The house itself is immaculately appointed — every detail is perfect — and the location is absolutely stellar. I don’t even know what else to say except that this place is an A++ experience all the way!

it's basically a B&B villa where individual rooms have been carved out, big problem is that there are locked doors which connect the rooms, and you can hear each and every sneeze and cough of your neighbours

A heaven's corner on the beach close to La Pelosa

Claudio is such a nice, friendly and generous man. He was taking care of all our needs and finded solutions for all (our kid wanted to rent a skyjet). We really had the feeling that he is like familly to us. The breakfast is very rich, with fresh local products and delicious sweets and fruits, and the view ovwr the sea is outstanding. The vila is immpresive with a big living room with an amazing view, the rooms are really nice and cosy, with big bathrooms. The view from the terrace...I.could live with it forever. Quiet place with a very positive vibe. Small but amazing beach in front of the villa.

Sardinian heaven!

The location is 20 out of 10. In my opinion it can’t get better than that in Stintino. Sunbeds, umbrellas, paddle board and even a canoe was available for us. We didn’t leave the place for 3days! The design of the place is really nice, it is not a surprise it was originally build for an architect. Our great hosts were friendly, interesting to talk to, super helpful and simply easy going. You really feel like a guest not a client. Absolutely unique level of hospitality. Room was super clean and comfortable. The common areas is a place you do not want to leave. Great, tasty breakfast with many options to pick from.

Soak in the beauty

The location of this place is just magical - I could imagine staying longer and just lounging in the comfortable living room, or on the terrace, overlooking the stunning sea. It does not get better than this. Claudio and Sonja took excellent care of us and everything just flowed smoothly. One tip for other travelers: Take micro-fiber towels to the beach close-by: The local beach authority insist on it as a measure to prevent too much sand being carried away in normal towels or beach blankets... first time we saw this. The villa provides micro-fiber towels, so take those to avoid any trouble.

I don’t know where to start. Great location, with a private beach and awesome views. Very nice and friendly owners and staff. It’s an ideal place to relax and forget about everything. Within walking distance from Stintino and la Pelosa. Breakfast is very good. In summary we enjoyed the stay a lot and met some awesome people, what made the stay even better,

Due to our fantastic hosts, Graziona & Claudio, we plan on returning in the future.

This place was magical and we had a wonderful weeks holiday. We didn't rent a car but our host and even some of the other guests who we bacame very friendly with over the week were fantastic. The beach was a mere few steps from our bedroom and the swims before brekfast were invigorating. Our hosts Graziona & Claudio made a great holiday extra special. They literally could not have done anymore to make us feel at home. The evening meals accompanied by a glass or two of wine followed by Claudio on his guitar will remain forever with us. After a difficult past two years, this holiday property destination will only become more popular as the years go by and we wish them both every success for the future.

Sin duda, repetiriamos!!

La ubicacion es inmejorable!! Pegado a la popular playa de La Pelosa pero con acceso a una playa privada espectacular. No he ido en temporada alta asi que estaba super tranquilo e intimo. La casa de piedra ambientada maravillosamente. El anfitrion se contactó en todo momento con nosotros y estuvo siempre a disposición a pesar de no encontrarse presente en el lugar. Giada y su madre nos atendieron de maravilla, desayuno muy bueno y con la mejor vista al mar.

Otelde hem 3 kişilik odada hem de aile odasında konaklama imkanımız oldu. Aile odası alan olarak çok daha kullanışlı. Odalar temiz ve konforluydu. Otelin işletmecisi Claudio ve servis elemanı Jada inanılmaz derecede misafirperver ve naziktiler. Kahvaltılar özellikle bahçede çok keyifliydi, sunulan yiyeceklerin ve içeceklerin tadları çok güzeldi ama kahvaltı biraz kısıtlıydı yine de kesinlikle yeterliydi. Otelin neredeyse yatağınızdan kalkıp denize girebileceğiniz kadar yakın kendine ait küçük bir plajı var ve bu büyük bir avantaj. Ayrıca otelde kendine ait SUP var ve ücretsiz kullanabiliyorsunuz. Otelde öğleden sonra yemek var. Ne yazık ki akşam yemeği yok ve çevredeki restoranlar çok üst düzey olmasa da akşam yemeği için keyifli diyebilirim. La pellosa plajından yürüyerek 15 dakika uzaklıkta eğer pellosa plajına gitmek gibi bir isteğiniz varsa önceden rezervasyon yaptırıp ulaşmak ve park yeri problemi yaşamamak açısından avantajlı bir konumda. Bir daha mutlaka konaklamak isteyeceğim bir otel

Fantastische hotspot voor natuur en zee liefhebbers

De plek is magisch zoals het aan de (blauwer dan blauwe) zee ligt. Er werd flexibel omgegaan met de inchecktijd, we werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen, het ontbijt was heerlijk en erg uitgebreid.

De foto’s gaven de indruk dat we het terras vanuit onze kamer aan de zeekant hadden. Het terras bleek de centrale ruimte te zijn waar gasten van alle kamers gebruik van kunnen maken. Onze kamer met keuken was summier ingericht en was in een tussenruimte (donker). Claudio met zijn behulpzaamheid en vriendelijkheid en de plek maakten goed wat we in in eerste instantie misten voor de (voor ons gevoel) dure kamer en wat we daarvoor kregen.
