Fab location, with important free gated parking given the area and the extortionate cost otherwise.
The view from the room was picture-perfect. We used the kitchen, that was pretty well stocked with equipment including full-size fridge/freezer and utensils. Room additionally had a kettle and a second (!) smaller fridge.
However, what made this so very special was the staff - Petr (?) on reception was absolutely amazing, and was most helpful facilitating a room-change (we requested an upstairs room - well worth it BTW) - but also the cleaning staff, who quickly realised I left my mobile phone in the room, and came to find me rather than just go back to reception.
We had a swim with snorkels across to the small island - suggest swim rather than wade, as the bottom is very rough and shallow.
- we also had a swim around to the famous Pelosa beach arriving at 6pm to avoid the tourists and tourist tax, and saw some fish, including what we think was a school of junior Tuna.
Recommended to have a short walk up the hill and take the path towards Punta Scoglietti. Spectacular and quiet.
Would have been even nicer if it weren't for those pesky tourists :-o

Excellent location, beautiful view, and a very good breakfast!
Unfortunately, we lost electricity in our room in the evening and never got it back. Sadly, no one responded to our request for help. It was a disappointing experience

I have been wanting to stay at this residence since I saw it on my first trip to Stintino in 2004! I selected it 100% because of the location to La Pelosetta and La Pelosa beaches AND the view from the balcony. I’ve been to Stintino many times, always staying in different places, and it was a dream to stay in this spot.
I struggled with the intense heat and the fact that there was no air conditioning. I had to keep the ceiling fans on low because otherwise the noise made it impossible to sleep. I don’t know that I’d stay here again, as much as it pains me to say this. I was hoping for a reprieve from the heat in my little apartment but it was hotter indoors than outside. Some upgrades might be in order.

The proximity to the beach and view can’t be beat! Breakfast was ok (located across the street - but not the best I’ve had when compared to the price per night and the other places I’ve stayed in Sardinia). You really pay for the location. The room was clean, spacious, shower great, and patio convenient.
No air conditioning - my only accommodation over 2 weeks in Sardegna without it. Luckily, I pack a 5-inch travel fan. That, along with the ceiling fan, made the nights tolerable. You can’t really keep the windows open or you will be bit by mosquitoes overnight. Otherwise, it would not be an issue. Bug screen would be so helpful for the rooms, and my friend who stayed longer actually bought some. I gifted my fan to them when I left!

We have a room with a view of the sea and the beach was in 2 minute walk from the room door. I would suggest to have a dinner in the restaurant which is part of the hotel facilities. The discount there is a good bonus. The room is good, not exceptional, but with a great balcony. There was also a small fridge available.
The breakfast could be a bit better. The second room is a bit too dark.

Location, Location, Location! Exceptional view!
Missing aircon, could be cleaner, fridge was not cooling properly. When you pay 250 per night the chairs on the beach should be included. Also even you are paying 25eur per day, you can't choose chair close to the sea, as they were reserved for the owner... Apart from that, the location and view will bring me back.

Very good location, on the Pelosa beach, restaurant in front of the hotel. We had also discount at the restaurant.
Check out time is too early 10am.
The room was clean and comfortable on the ground floor but could not open a window that was important at night.

The view of La Pelosa beach, tower and turquoise waters from the apartment balcony was spectacular. It was wonderful to have the private garden with sun loungers and umbrellas with access to the tiny cove from which you could swim or wade over to the main La Pelosa beach. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were lovely and went to extra lengths to make guests comfortable and to respond to requests, especially Patricia. Great to have private parking at such a popular spot too. We really enjoyed our stay despite mixed weather and some local places not being open yet
I thought I had booked self-catering accommodation because it was described as an apartment but it was just a bedroom with a kettle and a small fridge. That is all that was listed so I should have read the description more carefully but I was disappointed not to have some glasses, crockery and cutlery at least. However, staff at Reception gave us two wine glasses so we were able to have a drink on the balcony.

The room was great and the views as well, but I would change the fabric of the curtains for something thicker and that cannot be seen through because everyone who looked at my room could see what I was doing.
Little privacy and wifi connection was horrible.

it was the closest place to the amazing La Pelosa Beach.
No active AC and no breakfast at this place. Services off season in the nearest town.

Beautiful place overlooking the sea side and the La Pelosa beach. The apartment was relatively small, the kitchen equipment was modest. We would prefer better kitchen equipment and cooking things. The bed was pleasantly hard.
Modestly equipped kitchen. Very small bathroom. Very beautiful place to stay and relax, unfortunately generally service providers sin on a beautiful location and do not try to offer the customer the appropriate level of services (restaurant, shops etc.)

Location, staff, hotel restaurant.
Poor Wi-Fi connection

Location very close to the sea.
Very small roms, no air conditionning, in the kitchen the dish sponge should be new for each guest, bed linen unchanged, cobwebs, dirty towels...

Location facing one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. It's the positive. The view to the sea is wonderful, parking is great, the reception staff is friendly and very helpful. Very reasonable value for money, worth the location but could offer more services.
It's not a hotel, it's an apartment rental. It doesn't offer any service. There is no change of towels, cleaning, nothing!

Very close to a beautiful beach, free parking, discount tickets for lunch outside. Nice balcony.
The apartment was old, permeable to noise of other visitors. No AC, just a ceiling fan. Small shower. A bit understaffed at reception.

5 minutes walk from Pelosa beach.
Kind staff.
Very old apartment with very poor quality/price ratio.
The owners are interested in making money but not renovation (the apartment is like it was 30 years ago). The same is true for Pelosetta restaurant (same ownership).
Very very small apartment.
Kitchen almost not usable (no oven, no dishwasher, 1 very small kitchenfire and 1 too big kitchenfire, ...).
Old fan blade.
Uncomfortable sofa bed.
Small bathroom.

Location
No air conditioning, beds really uncomfortable, interior and all furniture like from the 1980’s, shower cabin so tiny that I nearly fit into it and I’m slim person.

The view was stunning and the staff always available . The location is really close to the beach and we had a small terrace to relax with la Pelosetta view. We will definitely suggest la pelosetta to our friends.
There are not many facilities close by and none on walking distantce. You need a car for everything.

Great location and also nice staff, but everything else disappointing
Totally outdated and spartan furniture and beds (Bedbank). No airco, only very noisy ceiling fans. More like a youth hostel style and quality
