Great location for young people

The apartment location is wonderful, just on the sea and the touristic port. The rooms are spacious, including the kitchen, and there is a balcony where you can dine watching the sea. The landlady was very kind and explained to us the better beaches of the area.

The main issue with our stay (during high season) was not about the apartment itself, but about the surrounding area. There are bars that play very loud music well after midnight, and it is quite impossible to sleep until they stop. Some features should be better explained in the description of the apartment: it is at the second floor without a lift, which may be inconvenient for older people, and air conditioning is only in one of the bedrooms and not the whole apartment. Some of the dishes were left dirty by a previous occupant and not washed before our arrival.

Nice apartment in the city center, very small city, parking on the street but its very busy during high season. Close to La Pelosa. Bed linen included, towels not. You find everything you need for your holiday. Ofelia was very nice and helpful. Dont take boat transfer from Stintino to Asinara, much more expensive then from Porto Torres 40 e vs 20 e. Good working wifi

There is no window in smaller room and no balcony/terace and no space for drying wet clothes in apartment which is very pitty wehn you take it as holiday home.

The room was great and very clean. Room was close to calm street realy close to the center. This is part of Stintino for locals so some restaurants and 1 shop but do not expect huge crowds. Next to fisherman's port. We got great breakfast and we felt very welcome.

The owner is friendly, welcoming and attentive. The B&B is conveniently located at the harbour where you can find a few restaurants.

It is clear to see that the owner is renting out a part of her house as accommodation. It does not feel like a proper stand-alone B&B as the cubboards are stuffed with the possessions of the owner. Furthermore, the owner took our passport in order to register us but in the end she left for about an hour and we had to call twice to ask to return our passports. The bed was hard and the shower was poor. It made our stay uncomfortable. Good to know: booking.com says it has a shared kitchen, but it can't be used as a guest in the low season.

Stinti-NO?

La host è molto gentile, ma questo non basta dato il prezzo dell'appartamento per 3 notti. Di positivo sicuramente il fatto che il terrazzino dell'appartamento ti dà l'opportunità di goderti un bellissimo panorama sul porto. Conservo comunque un ricordo piacevolissimo della vacanza. Consiglio ad Eufemia di curare i dettagli per far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio.

Non presenti prodotti per la pulizia delle superfici o in generale della casa. Lavatrice non funzionante. Presenti moscerini della polvere in giro per la casa. Gli utensili da lavare perché non puliti. Dal bagno proveniva un odore poco gradevole.

Annonce pour plus plusieurs logements avec divers photos ne correspondant par forcément au logement attribué. Nous nous attendions à un logement avec balcon alors que nous étions au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée, il serait bien que chaque logement est sa propre annonce.
