Small room with double bed should be for free...

Owner is a great man. Also the women. They are all nice and kind. They even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Including nice fruits. Breakfast was very good. Perhaps more options than standard hotels. We are thankful to the owner and the workers.

Even though we knew we booked a small room with double bed... I wish it would state that the room is facing the entrance, and worse: the room window is facing the breakfast area. Coming for a holiday, needing a good sleep, we had to wake up at 4 am by probably others, than at 6 am which was not possible o sleep after then. Which actually has changed the mood of the day. I guess that's why there are earplugs in the room but this won't be enough. IF we ever knew the room is facing to other guests, this close, we would NEVER book this room. From the pic, you may see how close our bed, and the others having breakfast. We would be very happy to pay more and book another room in the same place.... But we did not know the location of the room. Also, it's not possible to enjoy TV due to its location.

Lovely Studio, Great View

Gavino and Valentina were great, really helpful and friendly with lots of suggestions and local knowledge. Excellent location, within a couple of minutes drive to the main attractions. Very clean with tasteful, modern decoration. Amazing view.

Best place to stay if you visit Stintino!

Valentina and Gavino are really nice hosts and will help you with anything you need. Both are very welcoming and helped us getting settled and answering all questions we had. It is a bit far from the beach but if you have a car that won't be a problem. The apartments are very clean, and we definitely recommend the studio-rooms, which have a very nice terrace with a great view and kitchen and make life easier if you don't want to spend too much just eating outside. A lot of good restaurants around to eat delicious pizza or pasta. The town is also relatively close and good to pay a visit.

Superb

I had a lovely stay here. The staff and the owners, Valentina and Gavino, are so friendly and accommodating. Valentina was just a WhatsApp message away with helpful info on restaurants and activities. The room was spotless and just as the images showed, perfect location - a short drive to the main beaches you’ll probably be planning on seeing and free onsite parking. I stayed on my own as a young girl and was made to feel very welcome and safe. Would highly recommend!

Spacious & well located apartment with beautiful views

The apartment was very spacious and it has got a great view of the beautiful turquoise ocean. We can highly recommend the breakfast in the morning. It's a buffet style breakfast with a good selection. The staff was extremely friendly and happy to welcome us. The location of the apartment is excellent. You can easily reach the nearby beaches and the center of town within a short car ride and you can even walk if you feel up to it. We walked into town for dinner which was fairly easy.

The owners were very nice and kind. We really enjoyed the stay, the nice view to the sea during the brekfast. You can borrow the sun set to the beach. Nice owner's dog. If you are going to this destination, you have definitely to choose that!

Amazing room Amazing owners

Perfect stay 👌 we were made to feel very welcome by valentina and gavino our room was lovely and a lot more modern than many we stayed in on our travels round sardinia. We were leaving early on our last day and valentina very kindly made us a take away breakfast 🥰 the breakfast we had on the first day was exceptional

We can definitely recommend this acommodation. Also the breakfast was very good. We would recommend to book the tickets for the famous beach "La Pelosa" ahead of your arrival. When we arrived it was already prebooked for the next five days. For dinner we can recommend the restaurants "Lina" (pasta & seafood) and "Il Sarago" (Pizza).

No sea room view, uncomfortable beds. We agreed with the host to hand back our key and stay elsewhere and get a refund via booking.com. Booking.com was very helpful but the host decided to go back on his agreement and didn't agree to a refund despite him asking for the key back! Room DO NOT STAY

- super nice, welcoming and attentive hosts, made us feel very comfortable and welcomed - the breakfast on the terrace is perfect, the food is yummy and the view very nice - the terrace where we can chill whenever we want is perfect - the bed was very comfy - the position between la Pelosa and Stintino city center is ideal (only if you are motorized) - the dogs in the neighborhood 😍

Perfecto

I had a wonderful 3 nights stay here. The place is spotless clean, comfortable, with a view of La Pelosa, quiet, great location. I had no car, it is very close to the bus stop, a nice walk to La Pelosa and Stintino. I saw a bus you can take everywhere around if you do not feel like walking. Plenty of parking space for the drivers. The hosts are super friendly, kind and attentive. Superb breakfast, i think the best coffee I had in Stintino was served with my breakfast. I loved having my breakfast sitting on the terrace looking at the beautiful beach. I hope that I will be able to return. Thank you kindly for having me.
