Centric traditional fisherman house, with some internal rooms

Very centric and in front of Stintino Port

Our room was interior, with just a door to a small inner courtyard. Therefore, there was musty smell into the room.

One of those stays that gives you warmth and happiness

First of all the owners. They are special rare people that mage the property with love and passion. Location is great, with plenty of free parking all around. It is in the middle of the lovely village that allows you to forget the car and have a stress free holiday. The breakfast was more than what we were expecting. Regina goes above and beyond with it and always happy to accommodate your needs. Their animals welcome policy. Our cat Luna loved it and spent a few days relaxing or looking at the people passing by in front of the room.

A small lovely B&B in Stintino

The B&B is a small family-run business. Regina gave me all the facilities for the check-in and out and helped me have a pleasant stay. The room was big enough and comfy, and the bathroom was clean and renewed. I would definitely recommend this place! Thanks a lot!

I would have liked to have options for breakfast that weren't sweet. But the products were fresh and the homemade tarts were amazing! I don't have much more to say. I felt very comfortable there.

Located in a relaxed harbour, clean and comfortable, the owner helped us when we needed to use the washing machine or having breakfast out of regular time, she also collect food for the stray cats of the town. Very nicely decorated for cat lovers!

The location is just perfect, right on the bordwalk of beautiful Stintino, with a lovely view of the chic harbour. The house itself is beautiful, with an authentic vibe and I personally apreciated the fact that it kept the specific of the local houses. The host seemed also generally nice, but the services were under expectations.

Even though the house was beautiful and the lady host seemed nice, the facilities and the services were below our expectations and, to be fair, not matching the price. The bathroom was too humid and on a level of cleanliness, I would rate it a 7. My husband complained about the heat in the room, as the small electrical air device was not cooling the room enough. For me the temperature over the night was acceptable. And now about the breakfast. Well, there was no breakfast, at least not according to the general accomodation standards, as we paid for a room with 'breakfast included'. We had to choose between 3 types of canned yogurt, and there was a supermarket sliced cake that stayed there for two days in a row. Also, we have waited ridiculous amounts of time for the coffee to be ready, and it was hardly a 1/2 cup for each of us. The host asked us once, absentmindedly, if we would like "anything else". The general feeling was that we are the morning after a party at some acquantancies' house and they are trying to find something eatable in the fridge, and not a service that we paid for. Breakfast level 3/10, just skip it, like we did in our last day.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter via WhattsApp ist sehr schnell und einfach. Hilfsbereitschaft wird hier groß geschrieben, man erhält stets schnelle Unterstützung.

wer im EG das Zimmer zur Straße hin hat braucht keinen Wecker. spätestens um halb 8 rumpelt die Müllabfuhr täglich (auch Sonntag) vor dem Fenster. Ja, Fenster kann man schließen, aber das sind wir nicht gewohnt dann mit Ventilator im Zimmer zu schlafen. Es wird nur ein vegetarisches Frühstück bereitgestellt, auf Anfrage wäre sicher auch etwas anderes zu bekommen gewesen...hielten wir aber für unangemessen.

Une première expérience en B&B que je renouvellerai.

Maison de famille transformée en 4 chambres. Très bien située dans un charmant village et dont le stationnement est gratuit. A 3 kms d’une plage vraiment magnifique. Petit déjeuner copieux avec un gâteau maison réalisé par le papa de la gérante. Je recommande vivement !

Il gatto pescatore ti “cattura” e non vorresti più andare via!

Posizione molto centrale comoda vicina ai principali ristoranti e soprattutto di fronte al porto utile per l’imbarco in caso si dovesse decidere di fare delle gite in barca. Regina è una padrona di casa molto scrupolosa disponibile e precisa. Il B&B è curato nei minimi dettagli con molta attenzione anche all’aspetto del risparmio energetico e del rispetto per l’ambiente. Assolutamente consigliato, io ci tornerò certamente!!

La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero incantevole, centralissima e con una vista pittoresca sul porto. L’ambien

Posizione centralissima e location pittoresca di fronte al porto. La simpatia e gentilezza della ragazza che si occupa degli ospiti.

Le camere, disposte attorno alla cucina comune, sono vicinissime tra loro e, avendo porte molto sottili in stile d’epoca, non offrono grande isolamento acustico: è consigliabile portare dei tappi per le orecchie, soprattutto al mattino, quando iniziano i preparativi per la colazione. Prima dell’arrivo, ho ricevuto numerosi messaggi predefiniti su WhatsApp, con insistenza su regole di buona educazione e rispetto: sono risultati un po’ eccessivi. In particolare, il messaggio “ricordatevi che siete ospiti a casa mia” mi è sembrato poco in linea con lo spirito di accoglienza che ci si aspetta da una struttura ricettiva. Ho scelto un B&B proprio per vivere un soggiorno sereno e indipendente, nel pieno rispetto degli spazi altrui, come è nel mio stile.

Ottima posizione ma pochi comfort.

La posizione è ottima, centrale, con diversi servizi vicino. Il proprietario/gestore molto gentile (non abbiamo avuto modo di incontrare personalmente), ci ha inviato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno in modo tempestivo e chiaro, comprese le modalità di ingresso in casa e quelle per la colazione.

Difficoltà enormi se non quasi impossibilità a trovare un parcheggio, lo abbiamo trovato dopo circa 30 minuti a quasi 2 Km di distanza. Stanza medio/piccola al piano terra posizionata di fronte al porto turistico e pertanto con impossibilità ad aprire le finestre pena essere visti dai passanti. Assenza di condizionatore, presenza di un ventilatore rumorosissimo.

très agréable séjour dans cette petite bourgade cernée par deux ports où tout peut se faire à pied.

très bien placé pour un début juin, sur une petite rue calme longeant un des ports, au frais, chambre spacieuse, accès aux restaurants et bars du village à pied. L'accès aux plages est rapide en voiture.

un petit-déjeuner un peu chiche, on a l'impression que tout est compté, plaquette de beurre, tranche de pain les gâteaux sont bons mais je préfère le pain, le vrai pas les biscottes mais enfin ce n'est pas l'essentiel.

La struttura è accogliente e pulita. Il signor Patrik disponibile e attento, comunica per tempo qualsiasi tipo di informazione utile..gite ed escursioni, spiaggie più vicine, ristoranti e zone di parcheggio, ecc.. La moglie Regina, gentilissima ci ha preparato una colazione deliziosa. Consigliato per la posizione super centrale e l'attenzione ai dettagli.

Logement très propre, bien decoré et cosy, accueil très sympa. Literie confortable. (Chambre au RDC, donnant sur toute petite cour intérieure, peu lumineuse. Bien pour y passer la nuit mais pas plus)
