The place was very clean and amenities were great! The location was a short walk to a convince store and to ebisu station so it was great! Highly recommend!!
The only thing is that the pillows were not the comfiest. Recommend bringing your own pillow! The mattress is very comfy however!

Es gibt keinen Service vor Ort! Schon das Online einchecken hat nicht geklappt; die Daten gingen mehrfach verloren; es gibt angeblich ein Servicetelefon - nur dort spricht niemand Englisch! Nach dem 3. Versuch habe ich es aufgegeben und versucht über Mail zu kommunizieren, was dann einigermaßen geklappt hat. Dort wird mir dann schriftlich mitgeteilt, dass ich das Servicetelefon nur im Notfall anrufen soll … um so schlimmer, wenn dann niemand Englisch spricht! Das WIFI hat nicht funktioniert und nach drei Tagen hin und her per Mail mit dem „Servicecenter“ habe ich es aufgegeben und mir eine eSim gekauft. Es gab keinerlei Bereitschaft, jemanden vorbeizuschicken, um das Problem zu lösen.
