Toilet. Shower. Fridge. Bed. Lamps. Kitchen utensils. WiFi. Nearby conveniences like Family Mart, Lawson station and the very close 7-11. Massage chair (if you can fit).
Vent in the wall that let cold air in constantly. The noisy 24hr fan that made a high pitch squeal. Location was exactly halfway b/w Ebisu and Hiroo stations - an inconvenient walk to both. No record player as advertised (NB: there are three Tune Inn apartments at this location and it must be the luck of the draw as to which one you get). Dustiness of some hard to reach places and obvious hairs and plastic left uncleaned from previous visitor.

暮らすように宿泊できたのが良かったと思う
シャワーのヘッドを固定するところがゆるゆるで壊れていた 説明書など置いておいてもらえると良いかと思う セキュリティが少し不安 チェックアウト2分前なのに、清掃の男性が入って来てびっくりした
