The room was good and had enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Kids could sleep in their own bed. Rest of the room also had enough space. Also the walk to the city and train station was ok and within 10 min walk. All in all a good place and location.
Really nothing negative to report here.

Modern facility and quite location
No front desk staff, we have arrived mid night , late check in was difficult.

The property location is amazing with lots of restaurants, bars, and convenient stores close by (1 min walking). It is walking distance from Shibuya station, but without the hustle of the center. It is convenient to have washing machine and kitchen.
It is quite small. For our family of 4, the space was limited (people + laugagge), but it is japanesse standard.
