I loved the location and how easy it was to get around. The location had a lot of space for a place in Tokyo and was very comfortable. I would recommend this spot.
Heat and cooling was a bit strange as some rooms were hot and some were very cold, but once we understood how to navigate the systems, it was great.

I can't speak highly enough of Streamer House Shibuya. In a fantastic location right near a main JR train line, and only minutes walk from the craziness of Shibuya Scramble crossing, Streamer was our little pocket of zen in the middle of the city. We had a leak during our stay and Emiko-san came over immediately and even offered to get somewhere else for us to stay, but she was able to fix the issue and we were happy we could stay - the location and comfort can't be beaten - quiet but with excellent amenities, restaurants, cafes and bars all within walking distance. There are plenty of beds so a comfortable night is assured - more space than most Japanese accommodation. We hope to come back one day!
