Fantastic location. Right near Shibuya Crossing. Responsive host.Laundry.
Tight space for three big guys, but for a place to sleep and do laundry while you're in Tokyo, it is perfect. Lighter weight comforters for the beds would have been nice, as even with cooler running at max, the sleeping was a little warm.

Great proximity to Shibuya crossing and Shibuya rail station. No shortage of restaurants of convenience stores.
Very small property even for four people. We were unable to get the TV to operate. There was one situation on an evening when we came back from exploring the city to a pool of water on the floor. Fortunately we all had hard Case luggage. Lastly the air-conditioning struggled to keep the bedroom side of the apartment cool.

The location was fantastic - so close to the action but still quiet enough to get a good sleep. The room was mint - very clean and cozy.
Wasn’t crazy about the towels - not the best for drying. That’s being super duper picky though.

A great location. Reasonably quiet but a five minute walk to Shibuya station. Futon’s were comfy and the place is modern and simple. Access is easy.
Not quite enough seating for as many beds as there are. Also the sofa needs to be cleaned or replaced.
