Location, very clean , very bright, lots of room for our party of 7. Kitchen was stocked with plates and dishes. Host supplied soap, shampoo, plenty of towels and blankets and pillows. I will definitely book here again !

It’s very spacious and has room for plenty of people if needed. The location was excellent with great spots of Ebisu and Hiroo available in close proximity. Great for short and long stays.
It’s not that easy to make it fully dark during the night, due to both light shining through gaps in window shades and also the bright light from illuminated emergency exit signs.

Awesome location in the Ebisu neighborhood. Close to the train station which has both the Yamanote line and the Hibiya line. Nice restaurants all around.
The property is spacious with a lot of bedrooms, clean and comfortable.
We got a noise complaint during our stay.
We are just a couple, and we were pretty quiet. The only thing we did was walking around the apartment... Since there's no noise damping it's very loud for the neighbours. We didn't even watch TV most of the time, or anything like that.

Excellent Location, spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and clean. Excellent communication with property manager.
The accommodation was great for a family trip. The only thing I’d say is that the blind in the twin room (top floor) is not fully blackout and the light comes in the morning and the sink in the bathroom at the top floor is quite small. But house is very spacious and overall was great.
