Big apartment, lots of space, great A/C, very well equipped with a washing machine and all the things you need in a kitchen. The beds were comfortable, lots of space to put belongings and the bathroom sizeable with a great shower and basin. For the price, convenience and comfort, I highly recommend this for 2 travellers!

Great location. Clean. Larger than most properties in the city center.
The check in process was challenging. You have to fill out a lot of information online. Then we were sent the wrong code to the lock box. They did have someone on call that we were able to contact after hours. Once we had the correct code we were able to access the property without further delays. Also there was no shower. Just a bathtub. This might be an issue for some Westerners.

Location was great very close to major attractions. Big beds. Great balcony with view. Fast elevator.
Check in process was cumbersome and confusing. So many steps to get the key and then when we ultimately got the key, the door lock was very hard to open. Owner should consider changing the locks as they were not easy to use. Also the check in ipad didnt work nor was the remote for the main tv functioning. Owner should consider using smart TV to access streaming services, rather than analog channels in Japanese. Very strict check in and check out times. No place to store luggage. Everything else was just fine.
