The location was amazing (right by Shibuya station) and we loved how it felt like a little neighbourhood. So quiet yet so close to the action. The room was really spacious (by Tokyo standards) and as we were 4 people, great having separate doors between toilet, shower, sink. The personal touches of tye playlist, guidebook was lovely and made us feel very at home. Loved it here!
Pillows were a little flat but otherwise great!

Property was excellent and nicely located. Very close to the train station, attractions, shopping and food stores.
Management is not flexible with early check in with is very inconvenient for overseas customers with the luggage. Also the kitchen facilities were very limited when compared to other properties in Japan.
