The studio is located really close to Ebisu JR station and that is exactly what we were looking for for our last night in Tokyo before flying back to Europe. The self-check in was smooth as the instructions we received were very detailed and easy to follow. The beds were very big, so easily 4 people could sleep on the 2 large beds.
There is little space in the main room, as all is taken up by the big beds, also if you have large and heavy luggage like we did, it is a bit of a struggle to get it up to the apartment as there is no elevator. We also felt it was a bit expensive in comparison to other places we rented and had similar facilities.

Der Weg zum Bahnhof Ebisu (1Station bis Shibuya Station) ist maximal 5 Minuten und deshalb super Ausgangslage für einen Tokio-Aufenthalt. Die Betten waren bequem.

clean good location to walk around, close to train and convenience store
VERY loud at night, can hear the drunk people yelling, woke. up multiple times, unable to get to washing machine since it was on balcony and beds blocked balcony
