It was very well located and the management was very helpful and quick to respond. The beds were comfortable. Big enough space for 2 persons. Was very clean.
I think the space would be utilised better if there wasn’t a big plant and a big light that you bang into every time trying to get out of bed. The towels get a really damp smell after single use - we had to wash them every night. The they have 2 big cupboards but it’s filled with their items so it’s not really convenient to use.

The studio is located really close to Ebisu JR station and that is exactly what we were looking for for our last night in Tokyo before flying back to Europe. The self-check in was smooth as the instructions we received were very detailed and easy to follow. The beds were very big, so easily 4 people could sleep on the 2 large beds.
There is little space in the main room, as all is taken up by the big beds, also if you have large and heavy luggage like we did, it is a bit of a struggle to get it up to the apartment as there is no elevator. We also felt it was a bit expensive in comparison to other places we rented and had similar facilities.

VERY loud at night, can hear the drunk people yelling, woke. up multiple times, unable to get to washing machine since it was on balcony and beds blocked balcony
