At starting, even though there was no physical contact with the staff, one of the staffs kept on contacting me since before the day we arrive. Any message from me was replied early for me and I did not have to wait long. Instructions to enter the property was given very clearly. Room was very cozy even though small. It had all what we needed. Only 2 things I focus on during my stay at any hotels or airbnb, comfortness of bed and the bathroom especially the shower. I love the comfortable bed, washing machine, dryer in the shower are, strong water pressure and good temperature control for the water. It also have a stove and cutleries which was very pleasant and helpful. The location is very nice, in a quiet neighbourhood and not so far to Ebisu Station, making it a good 12 minute walk.

When I entered room 401, the smell was not that pleasant. It smelled a little bit like urine but not quite that strong. It would be great if the room charge also includes housekeeping daily.

It wasn’t fancy, but it was just what we needed. Everything was clean and worked well. It was nice to have a refrigerator and washing machine. The AC worked great and was a welcome relief in the summer heat.

It’s small, but that’s to be expected in Tokyo.

Decor of room bad. Too crowded with furniture. Kitchen and bathroom doors open out and awkward. Can suggest bifold doors. Curtains collect dust, I can suggest blinds. Bedding and sheets old.
