一人で滞在する分にはあまり気になるところはなかった
自分の不注意もあるかもしれないが
トイレと浴室の間が狭いので
トイレットペーパーをはめる器具の部分に何度か
用を足す時に腕をぶつけてしまった

I liked that it was located in Ebisu, which made it easy to get to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and other parts of Tokyo. It was also good value for money, especially for a solo traveller. Despite being a little farther from the nearest station, the neighbourhood was convenient and pleasant to stay in.
The room was quite small, and it was a bit of a walk from the nearest station. The bedding and flooring could also have been cleaner, although that's somewhat understandable given the affordable price. The Wi-Fi didn't work well for me, though luckily I had an eSIM.

The fridge was big and a full-equipped kitchen
It was dirty. At our arrival, we opened the fridge and found a bowl of rotten salad. There was hair underneath the sheets and spots on the walls. The self check-in process didn’t work. We tried to scan the QR code but nothing happened so we had to call to know which room was ours.
