The Sanctus Ebisu

La situation de l’appartement était parfaite, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare Ebisu. Le quartier était très agréable avec des petites maisons individuelles au cœur de Tokyo. On entendait un petit peu la circulation de la grande route, mais ce n’était pas gênant. Des petits konbini se trouvent à proximité.

Les seuls petits détails à améliorer de notre point de vue: • il faudrait un rangement supplémentaire pour des séjours un peu plus longs • le tri sélectif mériterait des explications plus précises pour être appliquées correctement

Great value for money and excellent location The value for money was great, and the location is excellent. The property is in a quiet residential area of Ebisu, within walking distance of many major spots. Considering the location, the price is very reasonable. If you’re looking for a short stay and simply need a private space to sleep, this place is perfect. For a solo traveller, there is no proper bed, just a mattress and futon-style bedding. You need to move the table and chair around to make enough space, but this wasn’t a problem for me at all. All the appliances and facilities seemed quite new. There was also a small bathtub, which was a nice bonus for me. The keyless entry system was convenient, too.

The cleaning fee came as a bit of a surprise, though. I felt it was rather high considering how small the space is.

決して部屋は広くないが、風呂、シャワー、ベッド、キッチンや鍋等も有り良かった。近くには２４ｈのスーパーマーケットも有りとてもべ便利です。

入室の際のマニュアルで部屋番号表記が紛らわしいので戸惑った。部屋番号の表記を文章内に分かりやすく表記願います。テレビが観れない。
