It was close to shibuya but far enough that it was calm and peaceful with no lights bothering us.
The toilet and showers were uncomfortable.

The place was clean and relatively close to transportation and what we wanted to see in the area. Check-in and out was very easy. Communication with the management was easy too.
The place is small, which we expected. It is sufficient for the 4 of us, but definitely not for any larger groups. Toilet room was VERY TIGHT. The worst was that we are near a major road and late at night you can hear hot rod cars revving their engines, so not so quiet at night.

Not very near to the shibuya station, toilet facilities not so good but the owner very friendly. If you plan to stay one night only it’s recommended.
