A great efficient duplex to stay while in Tokyo! Really wonderful to have split level to enjoy and access to a washer. Cute and tucked away but quick to the subway and safe. Host was responsive and answered all questions. felt like home!

The couch downstairs was a bit hard and some pillows would have been nice to make it feel more relaxing - but you don't come to Tokyo to sit inside your hotel!

Good size, easy check in, clean, good location, all necessary facilities

Cute little apartment in a great part of Tokyo. We particularly liked the proximity to the Yebisu garden plaza.

Pictures and other reviews showed the place came with a large closet off the bedroom however this was closed off during our stay with a ‘do not open’ sign. We had partially selected this place specifically for that amenity as we thought it would be a good place to put our daughter’s travel crib, and made sure to pay full price for our 8 month daughter as an adult when we booked. Per Japanese law guests are required to share a copy of their passport, however the host hasn’t made any provision for guests to securely share this info, and instead requires guests to email a photo of their passport to the host’s personal gmail account before providing access to the suite. We asked for an option to provide this info in person or another secure means to address security concerns and were denied and told that if we didn’t email the photos or provide our own secure process, the host wouldn’t provide access to the suite and also wouldn’t give us a refund if we wanted to cancel. One evening we came home and the electronic lock on the door had stopped working and we were unable to gain access to the suite until the host was able to let us know where a key was located. While the suite had its charm, I wouldn’t stay again or booked, had I known these issues.
