Bed /duvet is dirty .need a new one

Brilliant, Nipping Clean, comfortable beds, on direct bus route: 415 into Piccadilly, so central, quiet, and based with shops and cafes surrounding for breakfast and tea. Rooms spacious, Towels, hairdryer, ensuite shower, guests tips in the guide and another toilet on the floor so enough for all guests. Quiet location and parking at the rear. Fan in the room a great asset as 27° for 2 days! 1 overweight mum and 3 grown kids for a 21st thoroughly enjoyed out stay and would absolutely come again. Thank you

Very comfortable, had everything we needed. Our room had a little fridge and sofa which was great!

The road was a bit noisy but it wasn't too bad.

There was no breakfast or other facilities apart from the room., so the prompt here doesn’t apply. The coffee making facilities weren’t bad - plenty of milk and decent sized mugs.

It wasn’t clear when I booked that this was not a full b&b with resident staff and facilities such as breakfast, but a collection of rooms accessed via key codes. The room was spacious but pretty basic, and when I arrived no towels at all were in my room and I had to phone to get some provided. ( the staff woman who brought them was very apologetic). It was obvious that other rooms were occupied by men, and as a woman travelling alone I would not have chosen to stay in this kind of facility. I think the website needs to be much clearer about this.
