super comfy bed, really toasty warm room with a lovely skylight and a smart tv which was a nice touch.
not enough mirrors, there was no mirror in the bathroom which made washing face and taking makeup off a real pain and there was not a single full length mirror so you can check yourself before leaving room and there was plenty of space for one, the shower was a bit of a faff too having to leave it laying down for the pressure to build up it soaked me and my hair when i wasn’t planning on getting it wet which was a bit frustrating.

Location, comfortable beds
Cups and glasses looked visibly dirty we couldn’t believe that they expected people to drink from them
Kitchen facilities insufficient, all tables and kitchen equipment is sticky and unkempt
It’s a shame that little things that can be easily mended are bringing the ratings down
