The place was absolutely spotless one a handful that has been throughly cleaned so outstanding work there! Adequate space throughout the property is modern, it has everything you need for a few night stays.
We found that there wasn’t enough sofa room due to there only being a 3/4 seater in there.

Good communication by Hilary. Easy to find. Very clean rooms and bathrooms over 3 floors. Comfortable lounge with tea/coffee making facilities. Close to centre. Parking in side road opposite. Some parking restrictions but free after 5pm until 10am. Good heating on a chilly night.

It was spacious yet felt cosy (tho some lamps in the lounge would have made it even cosier!).
Beds very comfortable, and even though on a very main road the traffic wasn’t a problem.
The two bathrooms were lovely.
It’s a shame this is “room only”. (I actually found this a bit confusing at first as I thought it meant there was only one bedroom at the property!). A kitchen, however small, would have been nice, tho a kettle with cups, tea and coffee was provided.
