Amazing place would definitely stop agian. Absolutely spotless

The place was absolutely spotless one a handful that has been throughly cleaned so outstanding work there! Adequate space throughout the property is modern, it has everything you need for a few night stays.

We found that there wasn’t enough sofa room due to there only being a 3/4 seater in there.

Very pleasant accommodation over 3 floors near town centre

Good communication by Hilary. Easy to find. Very clean rooms and bathrooms over 3 floors. Comfortable lounge with tea/coffee making facilities. Close to centre. Parking in side road opposite. Some parking restrictions but free after 5pm until 10am. Good heating on a chilly night.

It was spacious yet felt cosy (tho some lamps in the lounge would have made it even cosier!). Beds very comfortable, and even though on a very main road the traffic wasn’t a problem. The two bathrooms were lovely.

It’s a shame this is “room only”. (I actually found this a bit confusing at first as I thought it meant there was only one bedroom at the property!). A kitchen, however small, would have been nice, tho a kettle with cups, tea and coffee was provided.

Confusion on booking that was my error but change would have cost more on admin than just allowing 4 people stay instead of the error of 2. £14 difference.

Absolutely lovely property, exactly like the photos. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. We were a group of 4 but it sells 6. We were very happy with the accommodation and would rebook if we come to the Spa Theatre again. We parked across the road for free, having got a parking disc from a local shop. The owner was really helpful with some minor queries I had on arrival.

What a lovely house. Great sized rooms. Spotlessly clean. I left my make up bag there and the owner posted it back to me. Parking just across the road. We would love to stay again.
