Should be less expensive for the experience

Easy accessible from highway and to Bruxelles .. well maintained.. clean

Terrible, Bad behaviour, untrustworthy and incompetent

There was nothing to like about this property. The things that make your travel unique, is how they behave you as a guest, otherwise you can find 1000 of these kinds of normal hotels across the Brussels. But maybe I was unlucky to choose this between those 1000

I booked this hotel 3 months in advance and full paid, They cancelled my booking on my arrival and I waste half day in brussel to find new hotel. Their behaviour was totally disgusting and unprofessional and treated me like a person who is bothering them, they cancelled with no explanation and just I could say it was terrible experience I had there (it seemed that they gave my room to another person with higher price). Also, booking.com didn’t support me that much and I was disappointed

Pleasant staff. Very large rooms.

Room was a little shabby with broken furniture, switches and light fittings not working. Peeling plaster in places too. Also no lift to the top floor.

it was in a bad area, the cleaning staff moved and touched all of my belongings when they did their cleaning. the shower was broken in more ways than one and was given no warning of this. had one rude person in the lobby who appeared to be a friend of the staff.

I could not sleep on the bed and the room was very hot

The bed was not good, it was two beds, not a double bed, there was no refrigerator in the room and there was no air conditioning, the room was very hot, and it would be good if two cups were put in the room
