Unfortunately all flights has been canceled. Du to this a limited amount of hotels was available. I never would choose for such a hotel. Thus my vote might not be fair. However, I never saw such a scrappy hotel. I really felt uncomfortable and disgust. Expedia should take it our of the portfolio until it's refurbished!

This hotel should be condemned and is not fit for habitation... I had two nights booked (as it was all I could find on short notice) - I ended up leaving after the first night and booking something else. DO NOT GO!

This is probably the worst hotel i have spent the night in in the last 15 years. The room was smelling the bathroom was filling up during showers because the water evacuation system was stuck. The hotel hasn’t done any effort at all to fix these problems and you could see moisture in the toilet’s door and walls. This is a hotel everyone should avoid at all cost and to believe that they charge 100€ is simply hilarious

The location was disappointing. We expected to park at the hotel, especially since it was advertised that parking was available for £10 overnight, but no spaces were available upon arrival. Additionally, the hotel is situated right next to a busy main road, and the windows have no insulation—our room was extremely noisy throughout the night and also so hot because it was the top floor. There was only one towel provided in the room, and there was no fridge, which added to the inconvenience.

This hotel is almost impossible to find the entrance. Eventually we found a button on a locked door with signs clouding any interior view, and were able to enter. There was no daily service. The hair dryer did not work. The shower took forever to get hot. There wasn’t heat in the room though it was in the 40s out. There was parking in a locked garage. The vending had few items and that was the only way to get coffee. It was shabby and dirty from tracking in mud from nearby construction. Tbeelevator worked…but rattled its way to the floor - scary! The guy at reception was kind but the hotel was sooooo basic and in such bad shape, I cannot suggest anyone stay there. The other thing was this cost $650+ dollars for two nights.

Desastreous !. Bed with only sheet cover with no blanket cover. Cold room with no standard heating, No bureau table nor chair, No bath towel provided, No breakfast service, Old décoration, with used floor and wall finish which needs doing up again, Stuborn impolite staff, incompetent to take comments and complaints, Very expendive 2 star hotel, around 200 % for 2 nights including taxes, with out parkings .

Misleading picture made me book this disgusting hotel. They don’t actually show you the front of it. Absolutely the worst place I ever stayed, towels which were ripped, among many other terrible things Very very bad

I could not put a sleep all night because of the noise coming from people talking loud on corridors. Noise from the cars on the main road was so loud plus during the night i heard loads of knocks on doors next to my room from people coming and going.

This was not a clean or safe property and I ended up in another hotel. I felt Hotels.com misrepresented this hotel and makes me question ever using the site again. Noisy, unclean, poorly lit, tiny and sad room. Miserable all around.

The worst thing about the hotel is that it is far away. Then comes the lack of cooling of any sorts in the room, which led to me sleeping with an open window until I could not tolerate the noise outside the room. There was not a constant noise as you would get from a heavy traffic street, but multiple incidences to I could not just filter them out. They included party people, fighting people and occasional very loud car. The room was very small, with no power outlet located such that a laptop could be easily used in the bed, or a phone charge on the nightstand. The hotel smelled like a house that has a little too much moisture in it, probably a common regional smell but should not be in a hotel. The breakfast was simple, but good with some really good yogurt and ham.

The hotel decribes itself as having internet, air-conditioning, a hair dryer; and it is true they have these things but none of them work. I was very nhappy with what I got for the rate I paid. I would NOT reccomend this hotel to anyone.

The star rating is way off on this one. Not in a good location. 6 blocks from the metro west station. Rooms are very tight even for European standards. Street noise is constant. Heat is radiant water and no good way to turn it off.

The hotel itself was ok, and would have been acceptable were it not for 2 things. First, a power failure occurred. This seems to have been specific to the hotel and not the neighborhood. After many hours, they had restored power to the rooms, but not the lobby or hallways. The place was pitch black at night. Second, the hotel was supposed to have free wifi but this was not working.

Not a convenient location if you need to go to the centre of Brussels. The corridors and rooms are all a bit shabby. Breakfast is included, but it's as basic a self-service buffet as you can get. I needed to iron a shirt, and they gave me an iron without a board and said I could iron on the bed... Cost-cutting on a 15 Euro appliance such as this says it all.

This Hotel is ideal for exploring Brussells, has a good restaurant and all the staff were very friendly. If you travel by car the hotel has a large garage and is well worth the extra charge.
