we were very disappointed and when we requested a cleaning we went outside and to come back later in the evening and not

nothing at all. they operate like they know you will never come back. the service is bad, the whole place is full of dust everywhere

it does not really deserve to be called a hotel. its more like a little hide away. very dirty, and our room was not really ready for anyone to stay in but they gave it to us. the mattress was dirtiest I have ever seen. there was not covered electrical wires which is the dangerous part of staying here.

The place felt unclean, there were burn marks on the sheets, and the toilet's tank was leaking water then flushing itself all night.

it’s a trap, stay away from it. the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

nothing is good. the first room had electrical switch broken and live wire visible. no hot water and no room heater, I wish that I can upload the pictures. then they shifted me to a room that had no water in the cold tap so couldn’t even wash my face as water very hot. WC had no water to flush and I had to cover the dirt with tissue paper. worst experience I ever had. will never trust a hotel before checking the rooms first.

No Hot water, WC had no water, phone is not working, wifi are in some rooms only. after seeing the rooms they refused to refund me and I had to stay.

Disappointing

It's ok, but not as good as you expect when you pay for it. Too expensive for the quality. There was no breakfast and almost no hot water. The wifi signal was really weak too.

Porte cassée poussière par tous murs cassé avec des pièces humides 380 euros la nuit si je savais je aurais dormi dans ma voiture

Rien n’a été. Équipement vieux et cassés, pas de prise pour recharger les téléphones sauf celle de la télé ou de la salle de bain, une télé qui avait au moins 20 ans et qui ne captais que 4 chaînes, pas de porte serviette, la literie de mauvaise qualité, une multitude de peinture dans la salle de bain (retouche faite avec peinture pas d d’la meme couleur), saleté apparente… pour 260€ la nuit pour 5 personnes c’était très décevant!

Tout Nous avons eu une chambre avec des trous dans le plafond, des trous de cigarettes dans les draps. De plus personne ne venait nettoyer les chambres, il fesait froid on a dû leur demander une couverture en plus, ils mettent qu’une seule serviette de bain or nous sommes deux et on devait nous leur demander du papier wc. Donc nous trouver que nous avons payer cher pour un hôtel pourrit.

les draps étaient relativement propres.

il y avait des toiles d’araignée dans les coins de la pièce. Il faisait très froid dans la chambre, heureusement qu’un chauffage électrique était à disposition. Il n’y avait pas de dentifrice pour se brosser les dents ni d’essuie pour s’essuyer. L’eau de la douche stagnait et ne s’écoulait pas dans le trou mit à disposition et il n’était pas possible de régler la température de l’eau. L’endroit était assez sale. Cela reste extrêmement cher pour ce qui est proposé. Tracez votre route.
