Modern, newly renovated apartment

It was very hot in the apartment upon arrival. It took awhile for the air conditioning to cool down. The host may consider starting the cooling prior to guest arrival.

No elevator. It was a bit inconvenient because apartment is on the 6th floor (However, I am not complaining because this information was provided).

Tik atvykus, mus pasitiko nemalonus kvapas iš tualeto, tikriausiai kažkas su kanalizacija, bet visas butas labai gražus ir tvarkingas.

Bellissimo appartamento con vista fiume

Appartamento al quinto piano di un immobile da fuori fatiscente. L’ingresso non è quello della strada che invece porta nell’edificio principale evidentemente mai rinnovato dai tempi sovietici- una esperienza interessante. All’appartamento si accede dal retro e dal secondo ingresso che porta al quinto piano. L’appartamento è nuovo e bello, disposto su due piani con una comoda scala. La cucina è ben dotata. Vi è un centro commerciale vicino. Alla città vecchia si accede facilmente a piedi. Ottima base per visitare Kaunas, Vilnius e dintorni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

E costoso parcheggiare sulla strada davanti alla casa in quanto zona rossa. Noi abbiamo lasciato la macchina direttamente sull’altro lato del centro commerciale vicino a una chiesa bianca. Si spende poco e dista ca 10 minuti dall’appartamento a piedi. E’ stata una ottima scelta.

Местоположение апартаментов отличное. Чистота идеальная. Для молодых людей, для пары. Не подходит людям в возрасте или семье с детьми. Удобно, что на втором этаже 2 спальни - одна с кроватью, а другая с диваном.

Не подходит для размещения с детьми точно, т.к. есть несколько нюансов: 1. 5 этаж без лифта. была бы проблема при подъеме с тяжелыми чемоданами 2. Лестница на второй этаж в квартире не имеет внешних перил - опасно. Перила есть только около стены. Достаточно небезопасно 3. При вставании с кровати с одной стороны можно вставать безопасно, а с другой стороны косая крыша, об которую можно удариться. То есть надо приспособиться 4. Диван на первом этаже достаточно слабый для разложения. Но хватает двух спален на втором этаже
