The main bedroom is outfitted with a luxurious US king-size bed (2m x 2m), while the guest bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed (1.8m x 2m). The office room has a pull-out couch for additional sleeping space. Two bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort year-round, and the apartment offers individual floor heating in every room to ensure you feel at home no matter the season.
The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is the heart of the apartment, with sleek stone countertops, an induction stove top, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a coffee machine for your convenience. Everything you need to prepare your meals is provided, including pots, pans, and utensils. The bathroom offers a large shower area, a bath, washer/dryer, hygiene essentials like shower gel, shampoo. and conditioner. For entertainment, the apartment features fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs in both the living room and main bedroom, complete with Netflix for your viewing pleasure.
Parking is available on-site for free, though please note that spaces are not guaranteed, and some maneuvering may be required. If you are blocking other cars, kindly leave your number on your windshield as a courtesy.
The location is perfect for exploring Kaunas! The vibrant pedestrian promenade, Laisves Avenue, is just a 7-minute walk away, offering an array of shops, restaurants, and local sights. The Zalgiris Arena is a 20-minute walk or a short Uber/Bolt ride, and the nearest grocery store, IKI Express, is an 8-minute stroll down Laisves Avenue. Please be aware that you need to climg around 60 steps to get to the apartment from the city center, alternatively there is a longer road down with no steps.

The apartment is yours to use during the rented period. Some integrated storage is reserved for owners use (main bedroom tall wardrobes, living room tall wardrobes, dining room cabinets). You are welcome to use the main bedroom drawers under the TV, as well as all other cabinets for storage.
