Made everything perfect and clean. Impressed me the window in the floor! Amazing 🤗The bed sooo comfortable to sleep didn't wanted to get up in morning 🤭

We couldn't connect downstairs phone to the screen because not suitable for Samsung phones. So I do recommend update. And didn't was sugar that what I miss too🤭

Cleaness, jakuzzi is really dirty after previous visitors, hair and dirt was in it. Owners must pay more attention to cleaning jacuzzi as it is sanitary place

THIS IS A UNCLEAN, UNSANITARY SEX DUNGEON NOT A 2 BED ROOM APARTMENT!!!!! DONT BOOK HERE, ABSOLUTELY FILTHY, DISGUSTING. VERY UNCLEAN. OWNERS STOLE ALL MY £850 MONEY TOO!!!! THIS IS NOT 2 BED APARTMENT. ITS A UNCLEAN, HORRIBLE SEX DUNGEON WITH BONDAGE RESTRAINTS, SEX BED COVERED IN SEX STAINS, GIMP MASKS, DISGUSTING BATH TUB COVERED IN BODLY FLUIDS, SEX USB ON A PROJECTOR SCREEN. CHEAP FURNISHING, ELECTRICAL SOCKETS HANGING OFF THE WALL, HANDLES FALLING OFF. CHEAP AND NASTY. OWNERS SAID WE DIDNT ARRIVE AND STOLE ALL OUR MONEY, THEN RE RENTED IT BACK OUT TO OTHER PEOPLE. Travelled there with my daughter and was absolutely shocked and horrified what we seen! Contacted the owner straight away said they would arrive and never so we left. The owner cancelled our booking, took our money, opened up the dates for someone else to book! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! They have done this before to other guests!!!

Perfect place to relax

We really enjoyed jacuzzi and the cinema. Everything else was also great. The apartment was clean, and it seemed like every detail was thought out.

Worst experience I've had in my life

Honestly, it was the worst experience we've ever had in any sort of accommodation. It was the anniversary of my relationship with my girlfriend, so I thought I'll surprise her with an evening in a romantic place. Jacuzzi, big screen for movies, 9+ Booking rating, sounds great, doesn't it? Forget it! We arrived at the apartment after spending some time there we found: 1) Used disposable razor in the bathroom; 2) Used condom nearby sleeping area; 3) Jacuzzi full of dead skin and other unknown material (see the images attached it speaks for itself). It goes without saying that in light of these discoveries we immediately left and booked another place. However, before actually leaving the place we informed the Booking team about this situation. The Booking team contacted the host, who denied any kind of his fault. In the morning I got a call from the host, and he tried to blame me that I didn't contact him directly (which is nonsense as the reservation was made through Booking, not through him directly). Despite the initial hostility from the host, I've still tried to find common ground with him by providing lots of proof (images, my bank statement proving that we left the apartment early and etc.). I've clearly stated that I want to avoid any kind of conflict if he can simply refund the money paid for his place. In exchange, he simply threw accusations based on the fact that he saw an open bag of chips and a glass of drink in the background of the images attached. Additionally, he outlined that the bathrobes and slippers were already used, which means that we used the accommodation and left it all dirty ourselves after having some fun. Well, yeah, every time you go to a new place you jump straight into scrutinizing the jacuzzi's cleanliness and search for used condoms on the ground. Avoid this place at any cost!

I loved the projector and the bed. we also loved the jacuzzi

when using the jacuzzi there seemed to be a lot of water coming out not sure if this was normal or not

it was cozy to some degree with most places in the loft, had a washing machine and a dryer, jacuzzi was amazing. The owner even left us popcorn
