Yra mikrobangų krosnelė, tik nėra orkaitės. Dujinė vyriklė, daug puodų, indų. Du šaldytuvai. Visuose trijuose kambariuose yra televizorius. Lovos patogios. Švaru kaip namie. Rekomenduoju. Labai gera vieta. Arti Nemuno pakrantė, Rogučių trasa, Birutės vila ir kitos vietos. Netoli NORFA prekybos centras.
