Great staty!!

Great apartment, very clean and very comfy beds. Self check-in (do not worry information about door codes You will receive shortly before arriving time, not day before). We had issue with heating, host answered very fast and solved the problem. Parking outside the apartment was bonus for us, because we travelled with personal car. Location also was great.

There is need for some pillows on chairs - if You are tourist it is ok, but when You have to work half day - it becomes uncomfortable.

Great host, great location, great value for money

Very clean, spacious and just right for the 3 of us. The Host Adam was really helpful, whatever we needed he was there in a heartbeat. No complaints at all and would absolutely recommend. 5 minutes walk to a small shopping centre with a supermarket and Lidl just 2 minutes more, quiet. Comfy beds and everything we needed was there.

Nice and cozy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, few kilometres away from the old town. Few shops and stores nearby. Kitchen had all the needed equipment. Apartment had a nice terrace and a parking spot.

Great Robbie Williams concert. Great city to walk around.very helpful and friendly locals.

Self catering so breakfast was good, location was very convenient for supermarkets, because my wife and Ilike to walk for excersise the short 1 km into the old town was perfect.

The apartment was spotless upon arrival but no cleaning service for five days means the floor got a little gritty, so access to a broom would have been good.

Unreliable host. Beware!

We had been to the apartments of Green Hill a few times before and satisfied so far.

About the room: no air conditioner in the bedroom, you have to sleep with the open door to get air. It is too noisy+ 1st floor to sleep with open window. Also, there was dust under the sofa. About the host: Do not trust the host as he is not up to his tasks. He announced about changing our room from 3 bed to 2 bed 1 day before arrival. On my request he promised to get us an extra bed in the room (we have teenage boy and girl). Unfortunately, when we arrived in the evening at 8pm there was no extra bed so I tried to contact the owner by booking.com message+sms- no reaction. When I could finally reach him by phone he said the extra bed had been put in another room by mistake (which he claimed was not his fault) and there was absolutely nothing he could do about it as he was out of town. He even suggested we find a new place to stay (at 9 pm with my kids) or try and ask the bed ourselves from the other tenants! After 6 phone calls reminding him of his promises the bed was delivered in the corridor of the house in quite a shabby state. To top it off we were downgraded from our initial 3-bed deluxe apartment to an ordinary 2-bed apartment and the owner claimed the price remains the same.

Perfect for a short stay in town

Clean modern apartment, has almost everything you may need

No microwave oven, promised parking was occupied, so we had to leave the car down the street, and in the morning we got yelled at by the locals who claimed that the place was their private property (there were no signs of it or anything)

Warm welcome, very pleasant stay!

A lovely ground-floor flat with a well-equipped kitchen and outdoor seating, close to the old town and supermarkets, and a short walk from one of the airport bus stops. We also walked to the train station when we left to go to Vilnius, that took about half an hour. The lady who greeted us on arrival was very friendly!

A place to stay in Kaunas.

Very easy check in! The flat is located 1,5km from old town of Kaunas, it is easily reachable by foot. The apartment (we stayed in number 3) had everything as promised, equipped kitchen, bathroom, cozy bed and a sofa bed in living room. Shopping center for food is very close by, there are also enough food delivery services in proximity. We stayed for two days and it was an enjoyable stay. Free parking spot next to the apartment.

Everithing in the apartment is new, clean and working perfectly, nice design, easy check-in.

In the bedroom, there are large windows and no heating. The heating is available only in the living room, so when the bedroom door was closed it got about 2-3 degrees colder there.

It's was a pleasure to stay in this apartment. The apartment very well maintained and equipped with all amenities and equipments which you need to stay.

There were a coffee machine, but without capsules.

Exceptional

Everything! This' an exceptional apartment, host very helpful and easy to contact/communicate on WhatsApp. The facilities were top notch - apartment very spacious; room/bed was super comfy and you can have privacy if you have other guest in apartment. The kitchen was super with full length mirrors at entrance. It's located at a residential area that's central so just 5 mins to get any where and environment is quiet which was a major plus for me. I really enjoyed my stay at property, here's a few photos and video.
