About this apartment rental
New and stylish apartment in one of the most beautiful and secluded areas in a city center. It's not common to find an apartment which is located inside a small city park on an Owls' hill, surrounded by lush trees and historical buildings. It is very peaceful place, however all the city wingding is within hand's reach. Few mins walk and you will reach old town with bars and restaurants.
The Space:
Newly designed apartment by an architect with a balcony and a backyard. Decorated with canvas paintings by well known artist - Do Nata / Artiste.
Guest Access:
All apartment is solely accessed by a guest. 2 floors appointment: 1st floor - living, sitting area and a kitchen. Ground floor - bedroom and a private bathroom.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment building is situated inside a small city park. Surrounded by trees and historical buildings. It is one of the most beautiful areas in a city center.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy. All the places in old town and city center is within walking distance. However if needed to go longer distances or coming back to the apartment from a long night out, taxis are recommended. While Uber is not available in Kaunas, other taxi applications like Taxify or etaxi will help to move around.
Other Things to Note:
Long stay bookings (over 2 week) will be subject to a weekly cleaning fee for a cleaning service (cleaning apartment, washing dishes, changing towels and bed linen). Cleaning fee payable through airbnb "send or request money" option.
