Spacious, light and clean
Difficulty getting into the apartment as the phone code didn’t work. Fine when they supplied me with a physical key

The apartment was big, immaculately clean and a fantastic location for Nordes clinic and the Akropolis.
There was no side table or lamp in the bedroom.
The blinds are not blackout so it was very bright in the mornings, so we awoke too early each morning.
The lock on the door is a bit tricky to get the hang of so we asked for a physical key which they kindly gave us.

Perfect location for Nords patients.
Clean and comfortable.
Access to lift.
Communication was poor. When I raised that the hot water was not working I had a male and female speaking over the phone in a very aggressive way. I felt intimidated and unable to raise further issues.
The lift was out of order briefly but was repaired quickly.
The shower would not fully drain and smelt of sewage.
