The balcony door in the living room wouldn't close properly due to broken seal on door.

Excellent. Faultless. Value for money.

We cannot fault this property whatsoever. Incredibly easy to access with the door code, super clean and spacious. Plenty of linen, towels and pillows. Close to Nords where I had my operation and a 5 min walk each way to Lidl and the Akropolis and 20 mins from the Old Town. Easy access for taxis. Very warm and the shower was gorgeous. Management was very attentive and friendly and dealt with any queries we had. Gorgeous view of the river and snow.

Great location, apartment was clean and had plenty of supplies for the duration of our stay with in apartment laundry facilities.

The property was clean & bed was very comfortable, especially good for after surgery. The fridge/freezer was great size too. The person I contacted (owner) & also the cleaner were both very helpful during my stay. Would definitely stay her again

Couldn’t turn the heating down so was always very hot or had to keep window/door open. No instruction manual for the washing machine, so I wasn’t exactly sure about all the buttons & which program to wash on

Lovely place to stay, lots of room and communication was good

Was very warm and cosy.

Felt the burns in the table chairs from I guess smoking was a bit ew as I’m not a smoker. There was also fag butts outside on arrival but quickly cleared up. Overall was a lovely clean place to stay, I’d come back

Great stay, particularly for Nords

Comfortable studio, just next door to Nords which is why I booked here. Codes to get in using your mobile which is a small inconvenience as only one mobile could be used when there were 2 of us. Host was reachable via whatsapp and the apartment had everything we needed including cooking facilities. Walkable to central Kaunas via the river which was lovely.

Just the mobile for door access but again not a huge inconvenience. On the plus side, there was no key to lose.

Great apartment, great hosts and great location

Lovely small apartment. Hosts were attentive and sorted any issues I had quickly. WiFi wasn’t working for 1 day but the host fixed it the next morning. Loud guests one night but the host asked them to leave. Extra pillow provided when asked.

Check in was stressful to set up and get working which made me anxious. I wanted a toaster and an oven would have been a bonus. Otherwise everything was positive. The road was noisy but became used to through my stay.

Apart from the spider issue this appartment was perfect. Everything I needed for after surgery stay.

Perfect property for after my Nords surgery. Clean and spacious. Great hight on the toilet. Good cooking facilities. Good shower area. Nice to have access to lifts. Double balcony with access from the large bedroom and the living area. Lovely big pull out sofa bed. Comfy double and single bed in the bedroom. Fridge & washing machine great. Local Lidl was a 10 min walk along the river. The big shopping centre was a 10 min walk with shops, bars, restaurants and hugh supermarket. Local small restaurants and a lovely roof top bar next to the brewery across the road had lovely food.

Balcony was so dirty, ashtray had butt ends in it, so many spiders and webs. Had to remove 4 spiders from the apartment the day I entered it. Couldn’t sit on the balcony which was a shame as it was sunny. Would have been lovely if they had been swept off before I arrived.

It was clean

No toaster. Tea, coffee and toast in the morning is fairly basic. A toaster should have been a basic item. No tin opener, another basic item missing. One pot one frying pan. Very inadequate kitchen items for cooking or preparing food. The noise from the toad was horrendous, it was a race track up to 3am in the morning. It didn’t stop then just got a bit quieter which meant you couldn’t have a window open for any air. The room was so hot and no aircon. For some recovering from post op the stairs were awful as no lift. My next door neighbour’s bedroom had stairs in with the only bed being up there and the toilet downstairs. Luckily my bed was downstairs. I would not stay in the King’s block again.

Superb accommodation

Superb in every way. I could not rate the host/manager and lovely cleaner high enough, they were both so kind and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean and had every thing required. It a very short walk like 6/8 minutes to shopping centre and town.

I was happy until the last day.

I always strip the beds wherever I go and leave the bedding in the bathroom with the towels. I was shocked at how disgusting the mattress was. I have contacted the property. I have texted and emailed a few times for them not to respond at all. I had cosmetic surgery, hence why I stayed here. This property is popular for people using the hospital. If I saw the mattress beforehand, I would have moved out as an infection could have set in. The service has been poor, and I really wanted to resolve this before I had to review this. Communication was quiet before I sent the pictures in. Now, I am being ignored

One of the worst experience during the years of using Booking.com apartments.

After arrival it took around 40minutes to get inside the apartment since we did not have the front door code sent to us. After arrival the apartment was filled with big ass spiders. My wife has phobia for those things and while we were traveling with 3 year old child they were both terrified. Check in was around 22:00 we had 800km drive behind us. We contacted the host and got pretty much laughed at. The host recommended us to take vacuum cleaner and hunt the spiders. I would have been in action until the morning. We asked for cancellation because it was clear we cannot stay there, but it was declined. We had to use another hotel for the night, which was extra cost to us and stress to find something the same night at 22.00.
