Exceptional hosts, Marko and his wife, made us feel so welcome, at home, informed about the area and cared for. A wonderful characterful and comfortable property in a great location from which to explore the beeches, town and local area.

Probably the best place to stay in Herceg Novi! It's right in the heart of the city. Only 50 steps down - and you are at the waterfront. But when you are in the house, it's perfectly quiet and peaceful. The view from the balcony is simply wonderful. Unhindered clear view of the sea and Forte Mare. Tables, chairs and chais-loungue in the common area. Marko and his family were great hosts. They live there so.it feels like staying in a lovely old school.family owned guest house. His young children were very friendly and always said Hi! Marko answered every question and even brought us some delicious Japanese plum from the nearby tree that we talked about. The room was clean and had everything we need (wifi, fridge, kettle, fan, hot water, etc, microwave, wine glasses, cups and so on available in the common area). The bathroom was clearly just renovated, so A+. The shower and the sink were brand new, great water pressure and temperature which is very important for us. You'll be very happy staying here!

To not make the review too unbelievably positive, as a married couple we'd suggest to have a unified king size mattress with a sheet instead of two single ones put together. Otherwise it's simply perfect.

The location to the waterfront was great and the private bathroom was spacious. Aircon worked well and the host was amazing- helped with recommendations and ordering a taxi. Made our stay seamless with check-in and check out assistance.

Amazing location, so close to the boulevard and swimming spots. The balcony was great with an amazing view of the bay. The air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was very nice and big. The host was really kind and helpful.
