La posizione in pieno centro anche se rumorosa per i vicoli festaioli e affollati. Ma va bene
La pulizia inesistente, spazzatura accumulata da tempo dietro e sotto il divano sporco di macchie ovunque. Polvere , rubinetto del lavandino divelto e doccia piena di capelli
