Can’t beat the location if you want to be in the middle of old town

Located in the center of old town! Walk right out and be in the middle of it all

3 flights of stairs to apartment, considerable walk with luggage through “no traffic” old town, parking is available close enough, but NARROW streets!

Access by car with suitcases is challenging. Parking at central city parking lot and walk over cobblestone streets and up to second floor.

Awesome location but uncomfortable qualities.

The location.

Extremely difficult to get in. The locks to get into the building and into the apartment were very difficult to use. It would take an average of 5 minutes each time to get in. Very annoying. Also, the towels were very hard & rough. Not pleasant to use. The air conditioning was always on but didn’t cool off the place. It was a bit hot.

Had difficulty finding it,since I had a car and you can't get to it with it :) spent some time just circling around looking for parking garage that would be close enough for me to walk with all the suitcases.

Fantastic location for enjoying this wonderful town

Location is fantastic for shops and restaurants. Apartment is large and comfortable. no noise issues despite central location.

The tub/shower is suboptimal. Poor use of the limited space. The tub is a fall hazard. Really need to convert to a shower only. If you are driving, there is no parking, and the nearest garage is 10 min and expensive.

This is a fantastic location! perfect for a small family or friends. clean , nice modern de or , well appointed but the best is it location in the middle of aix old center. perfect for walking around and shopping.

like most older European apartments the bath was small . also be aware it’s up 2 flights of stairs do not good for someone people with bad knees or unable to carry up their luggage. parking is near by but 7 minute walk in a public garage at 20-30 per day. must be able to walk well

Lovely stay at heart of Aix with its bustling shops and restaurants

The owners made a special effort to help me during checkin as I was travelling with 3 older ladies and a small child, and was concerned I could not drop them off within the pedestrian zone. It made a huge difference and I am very grateful for their effort.

The ladies who cleaned the place did not check if there was sufficient necessities for a 5 person stay over 3 days; soap/toilet paper/dishwashing tabs were unfortunately short.

Because of the poor description we left area and booked a hotel.

We had to go to a grocery store to get the keys.

It was located in a dangerous neighborhood. Graffiti covered the front door and walls. The property was misrepresented in the description on Booking. It was not a "Superb Townhouse Duplex" and the pictures showed an inviting place but it was dark and closed in.

The location and the layout has much more potential.

Property location is fabulous but it is showing its age inside. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom and shower needs a good maneuvering technique by the user. The washer and dryer worked really good. The owner was responsive and the check in crew was always responding to text.

Bed , pillows needs an upgrade and basic toiletries like soap, shampoo were missing.

Le numero de telephone indique par Booking.com etait errone. Je n'ai pu joindre personne et ai fini par appeler service clientele de Booking. La personne qui devait me retrouver a la porte a pris l'initiative de m'appeler; sinon, j'ai recu un message de booking.com indiquant la resolution du probleme en me redonnant a nouveau le no. de telephone errone.

Eine tolle Homebase, um Aix zu entdecken

Die Lage des Apartments ist wahrscheinlich nicht zu übertreffen. Es liegt mitten in der Innenstadt, direkt gegenüber dem Place Ramus, den man aber nicht so sehr hört. Nachts ist auf den Straßen natürlich trotzdem einiges los, aber es ist halt eine Touristenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Wir haben unser Auto im Parking Rotonde abgestellt, das wir sehr empfehlen können. Es sind nur ein paar Minuten bis zum Apartment.

Struttura ampia e posizione centrale

Lenzuola macchiate (non è stata offerta sostituzione) Aria condizionata che si è bloccata in tutto l’appartamento la seconda notte, costringendo a dormire con finestre aperte su una strada molto rumorosa (localini attorno e gente in giro fino alle 3 del mattino, poi iniziano a passare i camion dei rifiuti) - praticamente notte insonne. Le stanze sono dotate di doppi vetri quindi i rumori sono attutiti se le finestre sono chiuse Asciugamano lasciato umido sul letto all’arrivo, odore di acqua stagnante (nessuna offerta di cambio) Chiavi per self check-in lasciate in lucchetto attaccato ad una rastrelliera per bici, in una stradina maleodorante, con a terra rifiuti liquidi e solidi e zero standard di igiene

Som alto ouvido no quarto maior, o chão do banheiro sempre ficava molhado após o banho devido a posição do chuveiro, toalhas manchadas, lençol curto que saia do colchão durante o sono e falta se um conjunto de canecas para o café da manhã (existia apenas uma)

Perfetto!

Struttura comoda e accogliente. Il ragazzo che ha provveduto al check-in molto simpatico e disponibile. L’appartamento è abbastanza pulito, ha tutto ciò che serve. Le camere da letto sono grandi e comode ed il bagno un po’ piccino ma pulito. Aix-en-Provence è uno spettacolo. Di certo ci ritorneremo!!!!

Bon séjour mais...

Bon accueil, bel appartement super bien situé avec tout ce qu'il faut.

Deux nuits de suite les voisins ont discuté tellement bruyamment que nous n'avons pas pu dormir entre trois heures et quatre heures et demi du matin. Nous étions une famille de six et tous les ont entendu parler fort.
