Flat was unfortunately not functional to our expectations

Good location decent space

Both air conditioning units not working (living room and bedroom). Fan ventilator broken. Lack of clothing storage. Student flat feel

we had 4 weeks in the apartment at Aix and would highly recommend it for a long stay as it has everything that you could

the apartment was right in the heart of Aix down by the Rotunda

we only have positive things today about he apartment as it ticked off all our requirements. the only thing is the approach up to the apartment (in the foyer of the building) was pretty dark.

Excellent location at entry to old town, close to everything. Very quiet considering location. Nice facilities, clean and modern small apartment. Kitchen well equipped. Laundry, bathtub and dishwasher

Everything done remotely. A little trouble with entry- key is in lockbox. Host thought she sent lockbox instructions but not received. Laundry door sticks. Had to phone for assistance.

Tutto il centro di Aix a portata di mano!

Posizione supercentralissima e comodissima per il centro. Decine di ristoranti, locali di ogni tipo e parcheggio auto (a pagamento) a brevissima distanza. Isolamento acustico notevole, i rumori della movida notturna quasi non si sentono.

Il bagno con wc da una parte e il resto dall'altra è un po' inusuale, ma alla fine non è una gran tragedia.

Apartamento em prédio antigo, porém reformado com todas as comodidades. localizado no centro histórico de Aix, Estacionamento a 350m. A responsável foi acessível e respondeu prontamente. Excelente opção para que gosta de caminhar. Recomendo
