Not a place for anything other than a short stay.

Spacious, with room enough for a large family. Primary bed was very comfortable.

The flooring is not level, probably due to the age of the building. It's not a place for seniors or anyone with balance concerns. Kitchen is functional, but barely so. Dining chairs do not fit the table. Limited amount of silverware.

Everything was amazing but the bed was pretty uncomfortable very firm , might just be a personal preference.

Close and Quaint

The location is unbearable for the value. Close to La Rotonde and Cr Mirabeau. The apartment is right off a main vein of streets which .makes it easy to hit the fresh market in the morning and return for a light lunch after looking at all the nearby squares and fountains. Also, we liked how the hosts have taken an older building apartment and freshened it up. There is still charm of stone walls, uneven floors, yet the quarters were very clean and kept up. Finally, the temperature was pushing mid-90s during our stay, so the AC was nice to come back to.

If you are an over packer traveling with heavy bags and are unable to traverse stairs, you may struggle climbing the few flights of stairs. If neither is a problem for you, you will enjoy this apartment.

Location, spacious apartment

Small shower, bed sheets, 4 floor walk up! No freezer for ice. Only had 1 bed ready, had to contact host to get access to more bedsheets and towels, because we didn't state we needed 2 beds ? Strange

Central position

Central position but very loud street. For those travelling with family and children it is not ideal given the night life noise from the streets and nearby apartments. Especially in the summer - impossible to sleep with the window open in the living room - but the sleeping room has no windows so it gets very hot.

The location was excellent. Host was helpful.

Slanted floor made us dizzy; AC, WiFi and TV were not readily functional and we needed to call the host for assistance. We suggest shortening the 30 digit WiFi password to something shorter

Passable

Interior was clean. Bed was relatively comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Located in the center of Aix which is great for visiting the city. TV was a good size. Customer service is nice and available.

The entire apartment was lopsided. Eating on the dining table was a stressful experience as you'd almost expect your food to slide off. Honestly, that seriously ruined the experience for us. Every room was leveled differently, floors sloped and were almost soft under every step. You can also hear everything going on in the other apartments... 7 am you will hear parents waking up their kids for school, then the next neighbor taking a leak, then the shower from another... Seriously disappointing as we aren't usually difficult with sounds around us but this was way more than we could handle. Thank god we only stayed two days.

Aix-en-Pendence

Lo staff ci ha risposto piuttosto rapidamente. La posizione dell'appartamento è centrale. La cucina è funzionale. Il wifi ha una buona connessione.

L'immobile in cui si trova l'appartamento sembra che non sia mai stato pulito (abbiamo trovato una cacca secca e delle macchie di pipì nell'atrio d'ingresso, comunicato immediatamente ma mai pulito). I pavimenti sono in pendenza in tutta la casa (sembrava di essere sul Titanic). Mancava la carta igienica (ce l'hanno fornita la mattina successiva all'arrivo). Il sistema di riscaldamento della sala è molto rumoroso e non scalda. I bagni non sono dotati di areazione sufficiente. L'ingresso è poco illuminato (la luce del pianerottolo non funzionava) e il tappeto d'ingresso è dilaniato. Il letto singolo aveva le coperte macchiate di giallo. I letti avevano il topper, ma un solo coprimaterasso lo separava da chi dorme (forse è un'abitudine francese, ma in Italia usiamo coprimaterasso e lenzuolo sotto). Abbiamo trovato polvere e capelli in bagno.

Un must pour profiter au maximum de la vie animée du centre-ville d'Aix-en-Provence !

L'immeuble est littéralement situé au cœur du centre-ville et donne directement accès aux petites rues les plus vivantes et les plus riches qui soient en restaurants, bars et commerces de toutes sortes : soirées touristiques assurées ! Les aménagements (cuisine équipée, salle de bain, wi-fi et télévision) et l'ameublement permettent de mener sa petite vie tranquille comme chez soi. L'ensemble est aménagé et décoré de façon moderne et des rideaux occultants bienvenus permettent de garder son intimité malgré la proximité de l'immeuble d'en face, typique des centres-villes anciens.

La petite bizarrerie de l'appartement - le sol penché - sera peut-être un plus pour certains amateurs de logements pittoresques mais pourrait déplaire à certains. Rien de très gênant pour un séjour de vacances. En revanche, sur l'assise du canapé du salon face télévision se voient nettement quelques taches - apparemment d'origine alimentaire - qui gâchent un peu le plaisir de s'y asseoir. Dommage aussi que le parquet soit endommagé par endroits. De son côté, le coffret à clés s'ouvre parfaitement une fois qu'on a formé le code, mais il est bien plus difficile à refermer : les deux "pênes" raccrochent et il faut un certain nombre de manipulations - et garder son calme - pour y arriver ... ce qui est légèrement malaisant au beau milieu d'une rue si touristique.

RUMOROSISSIMA. sconsiglio alle famiglie Abbiamo viaggiato in 5 (2 adulti, 2 ragazzi 1 bambino) NON abbiamo trovato i letti fatti e abbiamo dovuto “arrangiarci” per avere lenzuola e soprattutto posto letto per tutti. La disposizione delle luci e delle “stanze” rende difficile dormire. La camera con letto alla francese / lettino / letto singolo (corto) NON ha finestre, come le stanzine con WC e doccia. Non presenti bagnoschiuma o kit simili; dati in uso un Asciugamano a testa, da utilizzare per tutto - essendo uno solo. Gentile la host nello spiegare come raggiungere il posto ed ottenere la chiave.

Ubicación y el deoartamento en si.

El comportamento de la anfitriona. Yo no puse atención en el horario del check'in. Llegue en la ciudad a las 11 de la manana, y fue al departamento, busque las llaves y entré. Cuando llegue a la habitación vi las mismas fundas con ropas del huespede anterior. envié un mensaje a la anfitriona, si podia retirarla. Como salí muy temprano de Paris, me acosté y dormi. De repente despierto con una mujer gritando en la puerta de la habitación, me asusté, no sabia lo que pasaba, solo entendi que ella decia que el check'in era mas tarde, por ese motivo las ropas estaban ahi todavia. Yo no hice por mal, tanto es asi que contaté la anfitriona. No era necesario que gritara y mucho menos que entrara en el departamento sin avisar, podiamos estar sin ropa. Yo erré, pero ella no supo lidiar con la situación, fué extremadamente grosera y incoveniente. Me oferecí para pagar alguna diferencia, por haber entrado antes, pero ella no quiso. Fue Faanuna experiéncia horrible, por el susto, yo dormida y ella entra gritando.

l emplacement exceptionnel, en plein centre , appartement sympathique

il manquait un torchon cuisine , il faudrait mettre un grand miroir sur pied , car il n y a que le miroir dans la salle d eau . il faudrait isoler le tuyau des wc du dessus qui est juste au dessus du lit , ça fait du bruit sinon tout le reste est top !!

Pas très propre, des odeurs nauséabondes dans les WC, gros problèmes d’humidité dans la salle d’eau car manque d’aération. Plancher en pente dans tout le salon. Mobilier de salle à manger bancale. Des évacuations des WC de l’étage supérieur en plein dans la chambre à coucher (au dessus d’un lit) Climatisation / chauffage non fonctionnel dans le salon. Couverts restreints (3 verres, 2 petites cuillères… inventaire à refaire)
