Characterful Apartment.

Lovely location, attractive and very atmospheric apartment.

The apartment is spacious, pretty, and naturally reasonably cool in really hot weather. It is also a "real" place: clearly inhabited by the owners at other times. We found this charming, much less anonymous than apartments that people buy only to rent them out short term. The location is ideal: a very quiet street, literally only 2 minutes to walk to the historical core of the city (which is much noisier). We met the hosts because we arrived early, and they very kindly allowed us to deposit our luggage before we checked in officially.

While the apartment had been cleaned well, there were a number of small broken items: the flie nets on the windows cannot be attached (so they zoom up again), the garden furniture was filthy, the kitchen had no salt. One other issue was that the arrival instruction contained only the street name, but no house number (and the emailed instructions did not either, they only contained the code for the front door and the key box). We tried several times to call the hosts to find out where to go, but they never answered the phone. In the end, we found the right house by checking all houses in the street that had a key pad to enter.

Le Jardin of beauty.

Everything you could need with a lovely outdoor space. Warm, cozy home feel.

Nothing to dislike about the place. There is no parking but that's Aix for you and not the fault of the property.

Décevant

L'appartement était très sale. Evier de la cuisine avec plein de restes d'aliments, monticule de poussière partout, frigo sale, congélateur inutilisable car complementement givré, Tous les couverts, verres et assiettes sales, Salle de bain du bas qui sent très fort la moisissure, 2 Draps sur 3 pas changés, Zone piétonne non stationnaire alors qu'il est indiqué qu'il y a des stationnements sur place, Parking a proximité très cher, Si je n'écris pas à l'hote aucune information pour récupérer les clefs, Electricite de l'étage qui saute toute les heures... Ca fait beaucoup de déconvenues.

Très bon emplacement en centre ville et au calme, l'appartement est spacieux, confortable et bien équipé, conforme à la description. Nous avons apprécié les trois chambres, les trois salles de douche et le jardin ombragé.

Reposant malgré quelques défauts matériels très désagréables

Ouverture de l’appartement sur petit jardin protégé d’un soleil direct par les arbres de la propriété concomitante. Calme total pendant mon séjour. Sentiment de sécurité. Pas loin du centre ville.

Une des toilettes cassée. Porte cuisine sur jardin ne ferme pas. Mauvais éclairages de l’escalier intérieur en descente placé dès après la porte d’entrée (très dangereux). Pas très propre. Pas bien rangé. Des affaires personnelles un peu partout ou sèchent en vrac dans le jardin.

J’ai réservé au dernier moment et le propriétaire n’as pas eu le temps de faire le ménage mais je ne lui en veux pas 😊
