Very convenient for short stay in Gardanne.

Great location, nice size, everything you need in the kitchen. very comfortable.

Not enough light near the sink (i couldn’t put make up on for instance and barely managed to put on my contacts. No hangers in the apartment. No towel rack.

Great for a couple for a few days, not suitable for four people or longer stays.

We liked the short distance from the apartment to Marseille and Aix-en-Provence. Gardanne itself had a market on three days a week and most things we needed were available in the vicinity. The staff sent a message ahead of time, which puts us at ease on how to access the apartment ahead of arrival.

The apartment would be great for a one to two (maximum three) people staying for a couple of nights. We were four and stayed for more than a week (with the luggage needed for that time). It was a bit of a squeeze and the lack of storage for clothing, towels, etc. meant we had to live out of suitcases and move everything several times a day. The bedroom - while having a very comfortable bed - was stuffy (due to the shower in the same room) and the ventilation was unfortunately ineffective and noisy, which meant I was unable to sleep in the room. My children who have a less light sleep were fine, but we had to swap. On arrival day, it took us a while to get into the apartment - despite receiving detailed entry instructions - as they weren't updated to include new key, which had us a bit in a fluster and focusing on the wrong system. Only when we we're about to message the staff about how to get in, did we see that there was another key. During our stay another guest banged at our door at night demanding entrance to "his" apartment. He had not gotten the instructions in time.

Comfortable apartment, very clean and well equipated. Nathalie was very kind and she took care of our time in Gardanne in every moment.

The stairs were a little bit uncomfortable to go up with the luggage and the shower was inside the room. Nothing to complain about but just to know.

Beautiful newly renovated apartment

Nicely designed small apartment. New, nice and good quality furniture and equipment. Simple check-in process with lock box. Very good air conditioning. Big TV with YouTube, Chromecast (and probably Netflix, but didn't try)

It's simple but you have all you need. The staff are lovely and always reachable. The apartment is new and well arranged, very easy to use and also confortable.

Not many shops or restaurants around. Parking is not always available.

Bel appartement mais froid et bruyant.

L’appartement était froid (16 degrés) à mon arrivée. Le split du salon n’a pas suffit à réchauffer la chambre avant mon départ le lendemain matin. La ventilation dans les toilettes est TRÈS bruyante et l’air (au lieu d’être extrait) est pulsé. La température dans les toilettes est « polaire »

Peu reposant - ventilation correcte impossible - séjour déconseillé dans cet appartement

La propreté, le confort des lits, la rénovation récente, la réactivité du service de conciergerie.

Vous devriez remonter les informations ci-dessous à l'administration de Booking : € 543.20 pour 6 nuits était bien trop cher vu le peu de confort de l'appartement. Les mentions "calme et lumineux" pour cet appartement sont partiellement vraies seulement car si la rue était assez calme, le moteur de la VMC installé à 1 m de la porte d'entrée était très bruyant et, pour ce qui est de lumineux, ok pour la pièce principale mais pas pour la chambre qui ne disposait d'aucune fenêtre. Nous n’avons pas apprécié notre séjour à cause des points suivants : - le bruit d’enfer de la VMC qui génère un ronflement incessant car le moteur est situé au niveau de la porte de l'appartement- l’appartement n’est pas reposant du tout, malgré l’utilisation indispensable des boules quies - il n’était a priori pas annoncé que nous étions au dernier étage sous les toits, l’appartement était très chaud à notre arrivée, nous avons pu le refroidir heureusement avec la clim mais coté pièce à vivre seulement - la chambre était aveugle, il était difficile de déduire d'après les photos sur booking qu'il n'y avait pas de fenêtre, impossible à ventiler donc et d’autre part comportant une salle de bain intégrée dont l’interrupteur lumineux du miroir au-dessus du lavabo, qui éclaire à lui seul la chambre, nécessite le port d’un masque de sommeil - des odeurs nauséabondes de canalisations sortaient de la bonde de la douche régulièrement jusqu'au lit - et la lucarne au-dessus des toilettes n’est pas étanche, lors d'un orage, la pluie nous est tombée dessus.

La découverte du 3e étage sans ascenseur avec escaliers étroits et raides. Grosse difficulté de stationnement, le logement se trouvant dans un centre avec des rues très peu larges et peu accessibles. La ventilation très bruyante non stop y compris la nuit. Cabine de douche qui ne ferme pas.

Qualité propreté

La réactivité et la gentillesse du service de conciergerie et du propriétaire .J'ai eu un problème de réservation, qui a été tout de suite été réglé très rapidement par le propriétaire, qui a pris la peine de me téléphoner en direct. La propriété, et les équipements de qualité. L'appartement est bien situé, l'accès à pied aux commerces, marché ect. Ville remplie du charme Provencal et non loin de jolies villes à visiter.

Peut-être l'extérieur pour accéder à l'appartement si il faut trouver quelque chose. Mais une fois dans l'appartement tout est très bien. Nous avons eu un souci d'internet mais la responsabilité n'est pas sur le propriétaire... malheureusement cela arrive n'importe où....et je précise que le service de conciergerie a fait son maximum et une personne du service réseau est intervenu pour rétablir la connexion. Juste la salle de douche petite.
