We really enjoyed Aix and liked to cook at home, since its very expensive to eat in restaurants there.

The apartment offers really everything you need. From a washing mashine, to a dishwasher, to a coffee mashine, to a toaster, a blowdryer (old but it worked) - all is there. Location is good. Pool is great.

It was quite small and felt cluttered. The couch was full of thousands of pillows that nobody needs. And we didnt like the old pillowcases and the sheets on the couch, there were not clean and full of spots of liquids of any kind... so we removed all of it and put it in a wardrobe. Would be better without so many pillows and I would advise to buy new covers for all of them, or wash properly! The walls were a bit unclean, should be painted freshly. Some areas were dusty.

A bit shabby. We don’t like accommodations that only communicate through internet. Furthermore paying local fees is done in cash that is to be left in the room. What poverty!

the apartment was absolutely filthy they give me an apartment that wasn’t clean the bedding was dirty tolentino smell of urine and hasn’t clean in the bottom part floor wasn’t hoover doors with finger prints and dirty marks i would not recommend this place to anyone

Awful stay

Chosen this accommodation because I could not find anything else downtown, but I regretted from the very first moment. I arrived at a reasonable time in the afternoon, nobody was attending in person (only received a few whatsapp messages and some calls with a badly spoken English), then I really felt abandoned to my destiny. A guy from the staff magically appeared in the night (while I was having a dinner downtown) and obliged me to leave everything and go back to the apartment just to pay cash the parking. Then, at the end, it was also quite tough to get a proper receipt of the payment. Apart from the treatment received, the apartment is pretty regular (very used and not that cared), but very very overpriced (at least double of the deserved value).

Downtown location but difficult to reach by car

Very difficult to obtain door code on arrival (incl basics such as towels). Poor communication with anonymous owner via a ‚front man‘. Apartment small, with substandard furniture and equipment. Additional high charges for underground parking. Marketing incl photos misleading.

Location is excellent Easy to reach town centre and also bus and train by foot Le Lucky who looks after the rooms is a lovely reliable, and friendly man who will always work with the client to make sure all is well Floridians is not run by Odalys but the reception staff are lovely too The pool is clean and well maintained Thé résidence has a relaxing atmosphere and is well run

A few modifications to the room For eating inside the room is not practical There is a lovely big balcony so when weather is good you can eat outside

I take a pleasure to say in the residence HRI Floridianes!

I really liked that the hotel has parking. to get to the room just use the elevator. This is convenient considering the presence of a suitcase and hand luggage. Very friendly administrator. The room is clean, looks like it has just been refurbished. There is a necessary kitchenette. The bed is spacious and the linens are of good quality. The location of the hotel is good, very close to the center. It was nice to relax and work (the Internet is of high quality). Thanks to the owner!
