Perfect location. Very kind hosts. Room has fridge and kitchen.

The location was excellent and the property staff were very attentive and accommodating in communication. It is the perfect little place for a small solo traveler as the unit is very compact, but works well for a 2-4 day trip. The bed appears squishy but was actually incredibly comfortable. Sufficient lighting and cozy atmosphere. Great wifi connection if you have to do work. I would stay again. *Being in a historical building adds to the charm, but not wheelchair accessible. Be careful entering and exiting the unit as the stairs in the entryway are a bit high from the main staircase.

Kitchenette was beautiful but could use a few more basic cooking essentials (like a chef knife and a stirring spoon). As Aix does have a sizable student population due to the collection of universities around, there was a bit of noise during one of the nights, but that is normal. The leveling of the sink and plaquette tilts down ever so slightly to the right, so sometimes sink water can collect a bit on the metal drying area—just have to wipe it dry.

Best cost-value room in the heart of the city, ideal for young couples and party goers. Everything is within minutes of walk.

Le studio est très bien situé dans la ville, on est en plein centre ce qui est un point très positif de ce logement. Je pense que ce logement convient bien à des jeunes, avec un petit budget et souhaitant passer quelques nuits à Aix.

Le lit n’est pas le plus confortable mais c’est ok, j’ai passé 3 nuits dans le logement et ce n’est pas ce qui m’a le plus dérangé. La douche fait un bruit bruyant dès qu’on tire de l’eau mais rien de très dérangeant encore une fois. Les seuls points qui m’ont vraiment dérangé sont le fait qu’il n’y ait qu’une petite casserole pour faire la cuisine ce qui est vraiment dommage sachant qu’il y a 2 plaques de cuisson. Il aurait été bien d’ajouter une poêle et d’autres équipements de cuisine. Et le second point négatif est la chaleur dans le logement. En effet le studio se situe en dessous des toits ce qui fait qu’il fait chaud très vite. L’hôte a été très sympa et nous a mis à disposition un ventilateur. Je pense qu’en été il peut faire vite très chaud, je suis allée dans ce studio au mois de mai mais le ventilateur a permis de supporter la chaleur.
