Central but host not responsive at all. The apartment door cannot be locked

The apartment door cannot be locked. I’ve asked the host and never got a reply. They just sent canned message to communicate. There could be major security problems. Be careful if you want to stay here.

Location was fabulous.

Apartment was good, not much headroom upstairs and the stairs were a bit of narrow! Not a problem for us but could be for others.

A pretty studio located on one of the main square in Aix-en-Provence, great value for money

+ location is perfect, in the city center in Aix and close to the main attractions + studio was very pretty and clean + smooth check-in and check-out experience + excellent value for your money

- it can get a little noisy in the evening, as it is close to many bars and restaurants, but I think it is a price worth paying for being in such a good, central location in the city

Tight circular staircase to loft bedroom. A bit hard for older people to negotiate and loft ceiling is very low We had a 4 night stay and were only given one towel each with no washing machine in apartment

Il manque une cafetière à filtres. Huiler la porte du sanitaire, très grinçante et réveille la nuit. Prévenir que l'escalier en colimaçon est assez périlleux, tout le monde n'est pas capable de le monter et surtout de redescendre !

Je ne sais pas qui est derrière ces Valentina et Caroline , certainement un groupe ou une boîte quelconque.. ils ne savent répondre que par message automatique , aucune réactivité . Nous avons bien galérés avec eux !!!! Je ne sais oas pourquoi booking accepte ce genre d’établissement que eux même n’arrive pas à joindre - j’attends un retour Booking à ce sujet

L’essenza della Provenza.

La struttura è in posizione super centrale rispetto alla zona dove si concentra la vita sociale e turistica della citta.

Purtroppo se si è in macchina il parcheggio potrebbe essere un po complicato e costoso. Anche se i parcheggi a pagamento sono molto vicini addirittura ce n’è uno da cui si accede proprio davanti casa,non è stato chiaro per me come raggiungerlo visto che la zona ad un certo punto viene chiusa al traffico. E l’host non ha saputo comunicarmi le modalità corrette per parcheggiare.

Très agréable et accueillant

Appartement à taille humaine, très confortable et très bien agencé, le positionnement est juste idéale car sur la place des cardeurs et pour autant aucun bruit ne nous dérange.

Le seul petit hic de l’appartement est la mezzanine, le premier réveil du douloureux mais une fois qu’on a pris le pas plus aucun soucis
