The room was perfectly located for activities in the historic downtown area. The apt was clean and welcoming. And our host was communicative and friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you Maxime!

The proximity to the city center was great. The apartment itself was clean and sufficient for the couple of nights we stayed.
The reviews aren't joking about the stairs. Narrow, winding, staircase up 5 flights of stairs if I remember right. Thankfully we had carry-on size bags so it wasn't a big issue. The sink in the bathroom is laughably small and should be addressed.

Location was great.
The bathroom was not clean upon arrival and the floors / rug were not vacuumed. Additionally the staircase was very dangerous and should have been noted in the property description. Someone could easily hurt themself especially with luggage. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Blankets were dirty.
