De ligging. Heel fijn, zo midden in de stad!
Er was wat weinig licht in het appartement. Het automatische licht in het trappenhuis ging wel heel snel uit.

Excellent location and easy to find
Furnishings a bit old, toilet walls need to be painted and toilet smelt a bit off but it was comfortable for me and provided a few days to rest which was all I needed

Le studio est extrêmement bien placé dans le centre historique d'Aix, et de là tout est accessible à pied. Les équipements sont corrects.
La peinture se décolle à certains endroits, et l'isolation visible autour de la fenêtre laisse à penser que le studio n'est pas entièrement fini. Le pommeau de douche gagnerait à être remplacé

I reviewed the incorrect studio by mistake this evening. Apologies.The collection of keys was not easy with heavy luggage. I couldn't find a light for the shower area. The aircon was very noisy. Place needs updating and the entrance hall/staircase dark and scruffy. I didn't find the owner terribly friendly to be honest but she did answer questions promptly to be fair. The location was excellent. I would in future book hotels.
Lighting was very poor and the aircon was very noisy making sleeping difficult. The timer on the lighting on the stairwell was too short - dangerous. The toilet area needs decorating.
