Sobretudo da localização; do silêncio no apartamento apesar de ser uma zona tão movimentada; do duche; da cozinha ter de tudo.

De ser num quarto andar sem elevador. Edifício muito antigo. Mas apartamento restaurado.

Situation exceptionnelle, grand confort du lit et du canapé , appartement silencieux malgré la grande animation du quartier, climatisation efficace, l’appartement est frais malgré la chaleur extérieure, et merci à Sophie pour ses conseils et sa disponibilité.

Charmant appartement très fonctionnel, confortable, calme et très propre. Situé en plein cœur d’Aix, il permet de tout visiter tranquillement à pied, faire le marché, et même déguster d’excellentes glaces !

The flat was very clean and the linen was very good quality

The location up 4 flights of narrow stairs with no lift. Outside temperature was up to 37 degrees and we were discouraged from opening windows as pigeons might fly in. The ac wasnt adequate and the unit was situated in the middle of the loung due to local regulations about external boxes (ignored by many houses in the area). The internal bedroom has only an internal window. We tried various ways to cool it with equipment supplied but none really worked and we eventually just put up with it. The bathroom door mustnt be closed as it has no handle and this seems to be ongoing having seen it mentioned in another review. Bedroom door likewise not to be closed due to flimsy handle.
