Aux grès des moisonettes

Daniel and Fabienne were excellent hosts. They were warm and welcoming, doing everything to make sure your stay is comfortable. Before arrival, Fabienne even shared many useful tips about places to visit and reminded us to book our tickets to visit Monet's home/garden in advance. The gite is really cute and nicely built, meant for you to feel like home. It is also very clean. We particularly appreciated the air conditioning on a hot summer day, and the nice bathroom with spacious shower and strong water pressure. They have provided all the basic necessary items that one can imagine for home, and even board games. The mattress was of high quality, very comfortable for a good night's sleep, the surrounding is calm too. There is a kitchenette fully equipped for use too. There is a garden with deck chairs to enjoy. We chose to have a dinner prepared by Fabienne with reasonable price (they used the salad from their own garden, eggs collected from their own hens and farm chicken from reliable local source). We had a very pleasant evening chatting with the hosts and enjoying a "family dinner". Free parking is possible on the street just opposite the gite. The location of the gite is also convenient to explore around, including Giverny and Vernon only short drive away. It is a beautiful area with Seine river running through different towns.

Für 1-2 Nächte ausreichend, für länger doch etwas beengt.

It was perfect! A small gite fully air conditioned in a beautiful location close to Monets Garden. The hosts were fantastic and friendly.

There was nothing we did not like.
