Struttura ampia e accogliente Internet veloce C’è del potenziale ma serve più cura
Odore fortissimo di fumo di sigaretta dentro, anche aprendo le finestre rimaneva. Doccia con fessura per lo scarico con metalli che tagliavano se ci poggiavi il piede sopra Giardino pieno di erbacce alte, accesso difficile è impossibile stare fuori.

Posizione, interni e infissi nuovi. Cucina funzionale.
Gli esterni (giardino e veranda) erano in uno stato di abbandono, di fatto non utilizzabili. Il prato era pieno di erbacce alte, alcune con spine, il patio sporco e la copertura fatiscente; e in una parte del giardino erano abbandonati alcuni materiali. Non ci sono tre bagni completi ma 2 stanze con doccia e lavabo di pertinenza delle camere da letto, e 1 stanza con wc in uso a tutti gli ospiti.
