Easy to get to. Good distance from the sea front, walking distance. So quiet and well maintained estate. Compact and cosy place to stay. Well equipped kitchen. Electric fireplace works well to give warmth and charm in the evening. Sides light works really well to have very warm interior in the evening. All worked well. Swimming pool located nearby on the estate. Good location to some attractions for children we visited: Pettitts Animal Adventure Park - 30 minutes, Horsey beach -17 minutes (to see seals on the beach), ROARR! The #1 dinosaur-themed adventure park in the UK - 55 minutes drive.

Not easy to use wardrobes, we preferred to keep all clothes in the bags instead. Very soft mattresses, which might be the good point for someone. We were not used to and it was a problem on the first night until we get used to it. There is bad internet coverage.

Nice coastal location (not really near the shore but a fairly short walk away). Excellently furnished chalet with tasteful décor and aside from towels and bedsheets, everything else is included (even teabags and washing up liquid!). Very effective electric fire within lounge area (also in bedroom). The kitchen is very complete and pretty much wants for nothing.

Lack of wi-fi was a bit of a letdown although mobile data signal (O2) is reasonable good. Having to put £1 coins in meter was not something I expected. You'll need about 2 x £1 per day to run the immersion and cooking etc. (plus a bit more if you want heating too). Whilst the shower is fine, the bath is somewhat redundant as you soon run out of hot water. The hot water temperature really needs to be raised to overcome this even though this would raise running costs a little.
